TrustpilotAgents for our purchase
Just Property were the agents for our seller and were so helpful at communicating with us regarding the sale and helping to push things along when our buyer's solicitor was being slow. We dealt with Tom who was professional, efficient and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

What an amazing team they have at the Bexhill office of Just Property. I would never use anyone else, in fact I have followed Siobhan and Tina around Bexhill as they are the best estate agents around. They are so professional and with you every step of the way and work so well as a team. They are always on hand to answer any questions and very honest and trustworthy. Phoebe is also a great asset to the Bexhill team, very polite and personable and will go far if she learns from the very best. Thank you so much.

We have used Just Property for many years, and continue to do so due to their approach and customer care displayed. Our latest sale was no exception, we were provided updates unprompted throughout the process. We have just asked them to sell another property for us, and strongly suggest if you have property to sell, you do as well!

We recently bought through Siobhan and Tina at Just Property and were blown away by their support. It felt at all times they wanted the best for all parties and they were empathetic and professional in equal measure. We particularly appreciated how informed they kept us and the open communication. Delighted to be in our dream home.

TrustpilotAmazing staff at Just Property Bexhill
We recently sold our house through Just Property at Bexhill. Siobhsn came and took photos and guided us through the selling process. After one day she sold our house to a lovely couple. Throughout the whole time Siobhan and Tina kept us up to date what was going on with our sale. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel very special. They also took away any stress we had along the way. We would 100% recommend Siobhan and Tina Just Property Bexhill if you are thinking of selling your property 😊

TrustpilotPainfree sale
We had a personal recommendation for the Bexhill office of Just Properties and were a little nervous as had not used them before. In fact we haven't sold property for twenty plus years. However we needn't have worried having dropped in to the Bexhill office David Gregg was approachable and friendly and put me at ease . He was one of 4 estate agents to value the property and provide dthe highest valuation . He was also the most enthusiastic . Having signed and agreed with them to sell . He took photos arranged EPC ( at no upfront cost) and provided a draft copy of details .within the week .Within another week there had abeen a series of viewings which we kept informed of and a an offer of £5000 over the asking price which was much higher than the other valuations . Since then we have had regular contact with both Siobahn and Tina in the office who progressed the sale through to completion making selling a painfree and elmost pleasurable experience

GoogleExcellent estate agent. We were planning to buy a home via Just Property which unfortunately fell through, to no fault of theirs. I was impressed by their professional yet personable communication and general team response to this tricky situation. They handled it really well and supported us afterwards finding a new home. GoogleWe recently bought and sold through Just property after they were recommended to us and I can say that if we were to ever move again we would only use JP. From the very first day we were always kept up to date and in the loop with everything that was happening. Issey would always provide details and information of the viewings as soon as they were booked in and always followed up with an email confirmation. All of the team in the office were polite, honest and very helpful when I spoke to them and you really get the feeling that they have your best interests at heart. Despite our vendor making our purchase extremely difficult, Colin and the team went above and beyond to make it all happen and get us into our dream home. This all happened in the weeks leading up to our wedding and JP were so supportive and understanding. We felt Colin moved heaven and earth to get us over the line and we couldn't be more grateful for his help. I would only recommend Just Property to anyone thinking of selling or buying.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
