TrustpilotJust Property Estate Agents are really more than "Just Property"
Just Property are really more than "Just Property". Siobhan and her team are a rare find/kind of Estate agent in this area. They made the sale of my apartment as smooth as they possibly could. I was kept updated, calm, assured, and confident that my sale would go through. It did ! I can exhale, thanks to Siobhan. I would highly recommend Just Property.

TrustpilotThis is not just any estate agent this…
This is not just any estate agent this is quite simple the VERY BEST ESTATE AGENT! Selling and buying whilst other life events are taking place is unbelievably stressful and the awesome team of Issey, Colin, David, Fleur and Kyle were incredible. So supportive, always there to talk with, nothing ever a problem it was all about the ‘can do’ and so unlike any estate agent I’ve ever worked with. The team kept me up to date all the way, always a warm welcome when I popped in and they pulled all the stops to help me with my dream home. Thank you you have all just been amazing.

TrustpilotExcellent all round service
Great service from a professional and friendly team. Particularly in the later stages of a very stressful sale (which took 7 months despite no chain either side!) the whole team pulled out all the stops. Colin in particular was fantastic, his support in the last couple of weeks kept me on the right side of sanity! Literally nothing was too much trouble

Issey Siggs never gave up! She managed our sale during a difficult time in the housing market and made a chain of 6 work by her sheer skill, dogged persistence and positivity. You need Issey Siggs on your side if you’re selling your house! Thank you so much Issey.

Trustpilot5 stars are not enough
Please make it to the end. Its worth the read !!There are not enough adjectives to describe the level of service i have had from the team at just property. You pay your fee and expect things to happen to sell the property, what you don't expect and get in abundance is such a sensitive, caring, thoughtful team with professional touches and smiles all the way through the stressful process. My chain wasn't without issue, but the team led by the very wonderful Siobhan, dealt with every single issue and communicated above and beyond expected levels. i have bought and sold many properties, these guys are by the far the best . Tip top performance . Use them !!ThankyouDavid

TrustpilotWe love everyone at Just Property
We are so grateful to the whole team at Just Property. We bought our first home with Just Property in 2016. From the start we knew we could trust them. They were honest about the places they showed us and gave us great advice as first-time buyers. They found us a flat that was perfect for our family, in one of the best locations on the West Hill. They rang us immediately the property came to market. When we needed more space, we knew exactly who we wanted to sell our flat. They took beautiful photos of the rooms and special features (my husband is a photographer and couldn’t have done better) and listed the property at the highest price for its size. We received an offer and sale agreed in exactly 15 days! Sadly, there were issues with our lease that we had to resolve with our Freeholder. Just Property helped us through that trying period and didn’t give up. In the end, we sold above the asking price. And, of course, we used Just Property to find the beautiful house we moved to. Again, they told us as soon as it was available for us to view. They are all such lovely people. And do everything they can to help along the way.

TrustpilotJust the best…
I think it’s probably rather unusual to write a review for a sale that actually unfortunately fell through just before exchange. However, I have to tell you how absolutely amazing Siobhan is in every way…guiding me to the right price for my flat… the sealed bid stage..keeping me updated… right the way through to “almost” exchange. She couldn’t have done more, this was through no fault of hers or mine… as a BTL landlord she really is an exemplary and very caring agent, honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does..don’t hesitate to use her…she’s the absolute best.

TrustpilotGreat agents, nice people
After my sale was made a nightmare by another agent in the town, I switched to Just Property and could not have been happier with my decision. I ended up both selling and buying through them and Kyle in particular was excellent throughout the journey. I have and will continue to recommend JP unreservedly. THANK YOU.

Always a great estate agent. Got an offer on my house in literally days. Great communication throughout and work their backsides off to make up for, if we're being polite, lacklustre solicitors. Siobhan is amazing, such a kind and supportive person who will be sorting out your issues in minutes.
