GoogleWe had registered with the Hastings office, but decided to pop up to Fairlight to introduce ourselves. A chat with Colin resulted in our being advised about a property on the market but through another agent and a new home for us (although it's still early days in negotiations.) Many thanks Colin!

TrustpilotPrompt service
Resolved issues and queries quickly kept me informed of progress and liaised with solicitors on my behalf to chase queries and ensure a relatively quick sale.considering inability to contact solicitors direct x

TrustpilotExcellent company to work with
Friendly, straightforward, reliable, prompt service. If you want good advice from a long established knowledgeable (local knowledge) family firm, I cannot recommend Colin and the team highly enough

TrustpilotVery happy!
Good advice during the valuation and sign up. Good quality photos and description involving vendor at all times. Agent could not accompany the viewing which would have been preferred but on this occasion it went well. In my opinion the key to a successful sale is a realistic asking price and preparing the property for photos and viewings. Take agents advice and make the effort. First impression is vital and most people have done their homework online before they view. Regular communication to vendor during the conveyancing process. Overall a good experience. Fully recommend.

TrustpilotJust excellent!
Just property but especially Colin were excellent! When having other family members, solicitors and financial bodies be difficult and inadequate Colin came along and saved the day. He worked tirelessly to make the sale go though and remained in constant contact at every moment. Thank you for making our dream house come true!

TrustpilotI bought a property in Bexhill
I bought a property in Bexhill and received the most outstanding service from Siobhan. She went over and above what I would have expected from my own agent. She was very practical, problem solving, arranged specialist surveys and liaised brilliantly with myself and the vendor throughout. I can't say enough positive things about the service she provided, truly exceptional!

Hello. So sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with Just Property in South Africa, but we are a completely different company in England, who don't deal with rentals. Would you mind kindly removing your review as it isnt about us. Many thanks.
