TrustpilotA positive experience with an estate agent - for a change
We were very pleased with the service and support we received from Just property throughout the process of buying our new home through them. They ensured we were able to communicate effectively with the vendors, as well as recommending relevant services to help us with checking on issues arising from the survey. We found all of the staff we encountered to be professional and efficient as well as friendly. When things got difficult around exchange of contracts we found them, and in particular Colin, to be very helpful and supportive whilst the issues were being resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Just Property, and they have helped renew my faith in estate agents.

GoogleI would say that they are one of the 3 or 4 best estate agents I've dealt with in the Hastings area. But it's more the person who you deal with than the company to be honest

The quality of service at Just Property is second to none. Throughout the process we have not had to wait for a call back, chase an answer or ask for help that was not already anticipated. Colin, we honestly could not have survived the last two months without your experience, professionalism and genuine support. Just Property is exceptional and the whole team can be very proud. We would recommend you to anyone.

TrustpilotA very positive experience thanks to Kyle Logan
I have both sold and bought through Just Property on this occasion.Kyle Logan has handled both transactions and has been at all times efficient, polite, helpful, appropriately humorous and encouraging. He kept me informed of progress and it was always easy to get in touch. This sale and purchase was difficult because of factors outside Just Property's control and mine, but Kyle was determined to see it through and did everything in his power to help it all happen.
