TrustpilotWould recommend
We had a great experience with Just property, despite unforeseen issues (nothing to do with Just or anyone they recommended - solicitor issues in our chain) they remained professional, friendly with informative communication throughout. They were supportive, understanding and general good humans about this being our first big move, would definitely use Just next time.. if we ever move again! Thank you Colin and team! You made life a lot easier (and a little more amusing!) in a stressful time and also got things done in a timely manner!

TrustpilotPoorest service
The people i have dealt with at the Blouberg branch are scammers, 0 professionalism, literally thieves. Not sure how these people are employed there, they lack common sense and any logic, its shocking. Even uneducated people have more brain functioning ability then these dumb asses. Definitely cannot trust anything they say and they do not take responsibility for any of their faults or shortcomings. Especially when it comes to something as precious and important as your home, i highly recommend you reconsider, do not regret like us later. We have had ongoing issues for 1 year with them already, our rental is paid on time every month yet you will receive 0 service from them once the contract is signed, be careful. Their operations seem very dodgy and fraudulent as well. Do not deal with the Blouberg branch or you will literally be screwed. Just go have a look at the reviews before making any decision, do not be stupid and blindly trust like we did.

Hi Serena. It looks like you are based in South Africa and must have us confused with the South African company with the same name. We are based in Hastings, Uk and are a completely different company. Please could you remove your review as it is not about our company. Thanks very much

TrustpilotHighly Reccomended
Kyle Logan and the team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice and were very approachable. They were very quick to come and value the property and the valuation pack was very professional. The photos were excellent. Kyle kept me informed throughout the process, despite it being Christmas and a holiday period. Kyle was kind and respectful and dealt with any difficulties efficiently. I would highly recommend 'Just Property.'

TrustpilotA Professional Caring Estate Agrnt
Having used Siobhan and her team for a move back in 2019 I was delighted when I rediscovered them running Just Property in Bexhill Old Town. I therefore had no hesitation in instructing them with regard to the sale of my property in Bexhill. I wasn’t disappointed . From start to finish the service which they provide is professional yet caring and empathetic to their vendor’s views ( and wobbles)!) Unfortunately ( from their point of view ) I have now decided to stay where I am but I am sure that a buyer would have been found in the next couple of weeks and my decision not to move is no reflection on the services provided by Just Property. I have no hesitation in recommending them and in the event that I do decide to move will certainly be instructing them again ( if they will have me!)

TrustpilotGreat staff & great communication
All of the staff at the Bexhill branch were excellent. Right from the start when I met David I knew this was the right agent to go with. Throughout the sale there was fantastic & prompt communication from either Siobhan or Ashley, keeping me fully in the loop at all times. Really good estate agency, I would highly recommend using Just Property. A big thanks to the Bexhill team.

TrustpilotExcellent service from Just Property Hastings
Kyle at Just Property Hastings branch dealt with my house purchase - he was excellent from the start. Communication was very good, and he always got back to me promptly. He was the chief negotiator and I felt that he was fair and transparent. He led the transaction to a successful conclusion. I'm very happy with the service I received from the Just Property team and would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotBrilliant estate agents
Brilliant estate agents. Everything was dealt with professionally and to a high standard, but I was also left thinking that the team were a genuinely good bunch. While I was away they even helped me with meter readings and putting out the recycling before viewers arrived. No job seemed too small, and they were also happy to provide good advice, which was really reassuring for me as this was my first time selling my home. Would highly recommend Just Property 10/10.

TrustpilotI have moved 3 times with JUST property…
I have moved 3 times with JUST property - for a very good reason - they are brilliant. Anyone can sell your house when times are good but when things get difficult as they did over the past year, you need a good team who know what they are doing and can cope with the stress with a smile on their face.I have been lucky that all of the team are so good and have fallen back on Colin Siggs superior skills when my sale fell through. He managed to find brilliant new buyers and hustled everything through doing regular chases on the chains solicitors, estate agents and clients and keeping me informed by email and text. Im not sure I could have achieved the outcome without them and remain very very grateful for all the effort put in on my behalf. If you are thinking of buying or selling in any of the areas covered by Just Property, please remember this is inevitally going to be a stressful time and you need to make sure you are in the hands of a professional friendly knowledgeable group of people. you really are supported from valuation to completion.

The Just Property team were excellent. Most importantly they kept the communication going between the buyer, seller and solicitors to push things along. Without this I believe the sale would have been much slower. I would definitely recommend them

TrustpilotAll the staff and that means all
All the staff and that means all, as they were all involved in selling our property at some stage or other. Colin and Ben were just brilliant. Staff were all professional, friendly and helpful, in constant contact at all times. We had 7 viewings within days of putting our property with Just Property, 3 offers all in good positions, we didn’t except as still unable to find somewhere to buy. January we had a buyer in a very good position but after 5 months we decided to re market as taking to long finance issues. Colin put our property back on the market on a Friday, had 2 viewings on the Monday was offered the full asking price. This purchaser in good position with a first time buyer in place. Unfortunately this turned out to untrue. Colin was now having to deal with our purchasers incompetent agent and solicitor. Colin also liaising with Mark agent above in the chain to keep the chain on tract. This has been quite a stressful process but Colin never gave up.It had taken Colin 8 months of constant calls and emails to our purchasers agent to finally get to exchange. We finally moved into our Hythe property from Broad Oak Rye on the 20th November. We used Hastings office, our purchaser went through Fairlight office. If you want professional and great service you cannot beat Just Property. I cannot thank you enough, to all the teams for helping us finally move.THANK YOU AND BRILLIANT COLIN FOR FINALLY GETTING US TO HYTHE.

I have recently brought via Just Property in Fairlight, Ben was my main point of contact, and he was amazing during one of the most stressful sales ( of me selling my own flat to purchase the Fairlight house) the whole process took 5 months but Ben kept the sale going and was constantly updating me and the owner of the property I was buying. I will finally get my keys on December 18 and can’t wait .
