TrustpilotEnergetic, competent, efficient
Just Property is a very efficient and energetic estate agency staffed by bright, competent and committed people. Excellent communications throughout (we sold our house and bought the next one through them) and when issues arose (as they did, on a couple of occasions) they invited us in to sit and talk things through. I'd be happy to recommend them - a trustworthy company.

TrustpilotNOT ALL ESTATE AGENTS ARE THE SAME!!!!
I have moved from Surrey to North London to East London to South London then to Bexhill so have used many Estate agents in my years. This is my 4th move in Bexhill and this was to be the most important one of all MY LAST! I was so pleased I chose JUST PROPERTY they were amazing! Not only professional but cared and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was supported every step of the way no matter how many hurdles I faced and I was not alone. Siobhan was absolutely wonderful. She would ring me every week to keep me updated with progress or just to check to see if I was ok. If I had any worries I knew I could get in touch with Siobhan and she would get any information needed to put my mind at rest. Nothing was too much trouble! The team at Just Property actually care about their clients and do everything to give you that personal touch that so many Estate agents lack. They sold my property within days and got a good price. I would use Just Property should I want to sell again but this is the last move for me, so I can only highly recommend Just Property to anyone wanting to sell their property. There is no other estate agents like them.
WOW! Thank you SO much for writing such lovely words. We wish you all the best

TrustpilotOutstanding Service
I would just like to say how very impressed we were with Ollie Cook from Just Property Hastings. We have viewed a number of properties but none of the agents have been as professional and as thorough as Ollie.Ollie greeted us with the warmest welcome, showed us around the house with such enthusiasm and knowledge and offered up all relevant local information without being asked. Both my husband and I agreed that no other agent had as much enthusiasm, passion, knowledge and professionalism as Ollie. Although we will not be progressing further with the property I would like to thank Ollie for his time and dedication to his work.I would also like to add that I hope Ollie is recognised and rewarded as a valued member of staff who I believe is an essential asset to your company.
Thank you so much for writing a review, we appreciate the feedback :)

TrustpilotThree cheers for the amazing Just Property Team
We can not credit Sibhan Tina Natasha and Team highly enough. Their professionalism, was second to none, along with kindness and sympathy in the more challenging aspects of the conveyancing issues we encountered. Their ability to see the bigger picture and encouragement was very comforting.

Over a number of years I have bought and sold a couple of properties through Just Property and its been an excellent experience each time. They are super responsive and extremely helpful. They are also a very active and useful conduit of information between all parties keeping the property buying chain locked together. Good value for money.

TrustpilotPraise for Just Property
I have nothing but praise for all the staff at the Bexhill branch of Just Property. They kept me informed and up to date on both my sale and purchase. When my purchase fell through due to the vendors change of circumstances, Siobhan came round to tell me personally, and spent over an hour with me giving advice and support. I would recommend Just Property to anyone beginning the search for a new home and for putting your property up for sale. The team are professional, efficient, kind, and really care for their clients.

TrustpilotJust Estate Agents Bexhill on Sea are JUST GREAT !
We bought our house using Just Estate agents in Bexhill on Sea and they were brilliant ! Before them we had failed 4 times to buy other properties with different Estate Agents . Even this sale was tricky but Tina and her team especially Siobhan used their knowledge, skill , tenacity and sheer will power to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion . We lost heart several times but they didn't , Thank GoodnessThoroughly deserved it's 5 star rating .Chris & Dan Mason

TrustpilotAn exceptional, elegant & efficient agency
The team at Just was impressively composed, quick and well-informed... from the first time we were shown a flat (by the managing director, swiftly filling in at the last minute!) to the moment, after months of searching, that we completed with smiles of relief. We were very pleased that the flat we decided on was represented by Just. Indeed, the team were alert, polite and agile throughout the process. Most importantly, they handle their clients with dignity. Highly recommended.
