GoogleI very recently exchanged contracts after a very challenging process. In my view, a business is the people who represent it and my 5 stars are for two people. Firstly Graham, who valued my property, took the time to understand my situation, never put me under pressure and made a string of spot on decisions which were based on that understanding. Selling in my case was much more than just a 'transaction'. Secondly, Ben was exceptional. His communication and decision making was always relevant, timely, friendly, honest and never pushy - most importantly, when pressure was applied by other agents and movers in the chain. His commitment, patience and understanding were pivotal. He sets the bar that I feel all at Just Property would do well to aspire to.

GoogleEverybody has been amazing. I sold and then bought with Just Property and they have been so helpful and professional with both aspects. Whoever answers the phone seems to know who you are, and about your property, and will go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend them. Having lived in Hastings for 30 years , I would say they are the best estate agents in the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have experienced Just Property for both buying and selling and can wholeheartedly recommend them. I have just sold my property with them and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had two sales fall through due to Covid and throughout my time with them they kept me constantly updated on viewings, feedback, solicitors etc. Everyone in the company is helpful and friendly from initial valuation, to viewings, liaising with solicitors and completion and they kept me going through some very stressful times. I am very grateful to the whole Team for both their professionalism and expertise and also for their support and positivity. A massive thank you to you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you Sue, good luck and all the best

GoogleJust Property Hastings took over the sale of my property when I had failed to sell using another agent. I found them to be totally professional, friendly, pro-active and great communicators, regularly updating me with any news. They sold the property very quickly, and kept in touch with both me and my solicitor throughout the process through exchange and completion, always responding quickly to any requests for information or help. All in all one of the smoothest property sale experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Ben was our main point of contact. I appreciate how quick he was to handle the affairs of his client, in the purchasing of our house. We are now in our new home and feel very blessed and grateful.

TrustpilotThanks to everyone at Just Property
Moving house in the middle of a pandemic with lockdown rules and business uncertainty was always going to be a challenge, and so it proved. This is why I’m all the more grateful for the solid professionalism and sound guidance that you and your team at Just Property provided us helping us sell our home in Hastings and buy the home in Newcastle that we’d had our heart set on. When we lost buyers due to furlough and lockdown the staff at Just Property were there with practical optimistic advice and support and before we knew it we had a new buyer. Without your effective communication with the estate agent who we were buying through we would most likely have lost our purchase. When we were uncertain as to how to proceed you settled our nerves and stiffened our resolve. We can’t thank you all enough for your professionalism and the personal approach you brought to your dealings with us.

TrustpilotNot just for the seller …
Had a lot of viewings and interactions with estate agents but this lot were the first time it didn’t feel like they were just working for the seller. Was a very friendly open and helpful experience from the viewing right up to exchange and makes such a difference when you are looking where it doesn’t feel you are being sold too.

TrustpilotJust Property professional
Just Property have helped us over the years to buy property and this year they did a great job in helping us sell a property we rented out. They liased with our tenant and organised an open day viewing and the next day we had two asking price offers. We're delighted to have accepted one and have exchanged contracts. Throughout the entire process they have been extremely professional and always kept us informed. They go beyond the typical services and are always happy to help us such as water meter readings etc. We would always use them to sell and would strongly recommend them to fellow buyers and sellers.

I purchased a property through Just Property. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Effort was made to fit in viewing appointments to find a property and for follow up viewings. Josh, Issey, Tom and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying or selling with this agent.
Thank you very much for your kind review Polly :)

TrustpilotHappy with Just Property
Just Property are a great firm. They managed to sell my property for the full asking price within six days. They responded quickly to my numerous emails and most staff were very helpful, on the ball and friendly. I doubt you’d be disappointed if you sell through Just Property.
Thank you Toni!!

TrustpilotWe have just bought and sold with Just…
We have just bought and sold with Just Property. The marketing team were excellent and I couldn’t fault them. I did not think we were treated as well by the sales negotiation team as they were more bothered about keeping our buyers happy than us. I thought the completion was handled particularly badly with Just Property handing the keys to the house to the buyers without telling us or our solicitor which meant the buyers turned up before we had left the house or finished clearing it. That should not have happened.

TrustpilotNew Home in Hastings with Just Property
I have recently moved into a very nice house with my partner that we purchased through Just Property Hastings. We were very pleased with the service that Just offered especially as our first purchase fell through and Just found a second house for us. I would like to thank Liam and all the staff for their help and would thoroughly recommend them.
We really appreciate the kind words about Liam & the Team
