It was the first time I had sold a property so there was a degree of hand holding required, but I was very ably looked after by both Paul Jorgensen and Rique Cofie who ran the process very smoothly and were very transparent about what they felt was achievable in what was a very challenging market, leading to a successful sale.
From the initial offer through to completion they moved everything along very efficiently and provided very clear updates along the way. They also received positive feedback from my lawyers for how smoothly they had run the process.
All in all I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Jorgensen Turner, and in particular Paul and Rique, to anyone looking to appoint an estate agent to manage the sale of their property.
