The team at J&T was so helpful from day one - they were incredibly responsive, informative, and were able to get us in for a viewing, process an offer, and close on letting a flat within a couple of days. The whole experience was excellent, Jamie kept me updated at every step of my flat sale and managed to calm my anxiety when things got a bit stressful. He was very good at explaining stuff and breaking it down for me. Don’t hesitate to use this estate agent. The best experience with an estate agent I’ve ever had! Such helpful and friendly staff, rapid replies, and attentive advice. So clearly devoted to their customers with their best interest at heart. They were also very transparent with additional costs and the quality of the Landlord. After that I paid the deposit and the flat was mine. Very little effort for me.
