GoogleJamie at Jorgensen Turner was exceptionally helpful and supportive during the sale of our flat in Shepherd’s Bush. He was organised, communicated brilliantly and clearly knows the local area very well. Him and the team made the process as easy as possible - we were very grateful.

GoogleThe team at J&T was so helpful from day one - they were incredibly responsive, informative, and were able to get us in for a viewing, process an offer, and close on letting a flat within a couple of days. Special thanks to Gabriel and Fiora specifically! I'd highly recommend this agency - we were in a moderately stressful situation, having just moved from Canada and working on a timeline to get into a flat prior to my husband starting school. They really made the whole process seamless from start to finish.

Communication was always clear and efficient, which made everything much easier and less stressful for us. We are very happy with our new home and really appreciate all the help and support. Thank you for making the whole renting process so smooth and pleasant!

GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Jamie and Paul throughout a recent transaction. They were acting for our buyers on the sale of their property at the bottom of the chain, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Whenever we reached out for an update, nothing was ever too much trouble. If they needed to gather further information, they always came back to us promptly and never made us feel we were being overly persistent. In today's market, clear communication and keeping everyone accountable throughout the process is invaluable, and Jamie and Paul did exactly that. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

GoogleThe whole experience was excellent, Jamie kept me updated at every step of my flat sale and managed to calm my anxiety when things got a bit stressful. He was very good at explaining stuff and breaking it down for me. Don’t hesitate to use this estate agent. Decades of specialised local knowledge in this firm and Jamie and owner Paul really knew their stuff. JT provide a real bespoke service. You wouldn’t get this level of care with one of the bigger chains in the area. Thanks to all at JT.

GoogleMy partner and I worked with Jo and she was absolutely phenomenal from the first phone call. Not only is she kind, relatable and professional, she always answered calls and texts quickly which really helped ease any anxiety during a turbulent time in the market. I cannot recommend her enough as she continues to be helpful even now that we're settled into the new flat!

GoogleWe secured our house on the very first day of viewing and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our property agent, Ms. Jo Panagopoulou was professional, polite, friendly and highly committed throughout the process. She responded promptly to all our enquiries and ensured that everything was in place, making the journey smooth and stress free. Her dedication, efficiency and attention to detail truly stood out. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the company. The company was equally impressive. The team was professional, supportive and provided clear explanations of every step of the process. Their guidance and transparency gave us confidence and made the experience straightforward and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service. We would highly recommend both the agent and the company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property agency.
