I would highly recommend Daniel McHenry of Jorgsten Turner. Daniel just dealt with the sale of my flat. I found him to be highly responsive, calm and patient through what was a difficult transaction at times. He was a pleasure to deal with and also went above and beyond, even helping us out with a last minute request to collect some curtains! I felt I was valued as a client - he also knew that I was very busy at work and did a lot of stuff in the background speaking to the buyer and lawyers to move things along which was very much appreciated.

The Rental's team were great at finding tenants so quickly and provide valuable intel into securing the right tenant. A few years have already passed since renting with them - it was back in 2018/2019; however, after experiencing so many different estate agencies in the meantime, I really appreciate how great Jorgensen Turner are. Back then, Ieva was extremly helpful when viewing and securing the flat. Moreover, during our lease, Kyle managed our place. If something needed to be fixed, it was done immediately. Moreover, Kyle was quite supportive whenever I had requests to the landlord, and he always managed to mediate to find a solution which was good for both sides. Overall, a great experience, and I haven't found any comparable agency since then.

I expected to have to wait a few months for a buyer, but Bianca found me one and agreed a price in less than 2 weeks. I managed to find my flat on right move, ring up Jamie each day asking questions, view my flat, have my documents approved by the landlord ALL WITHIN 4 DAYS!
