GoogleI have rented my property through JT for 9 years and just recently sold it through them too. JT not only connected me with excellent tenants and given me great service but they have also provided me with thoughtful & considerate advice. During the sale Richard made the whole process seamless. I can not recommend Richard and his team enough and wish them all the best for the future.

GoogleThe Lettings Team at Jorgensen Turner helped to find me a "replacement flat" after a flood rendered my own home uninhabitable. Not only were everyone I dealt with highly professional, they also went above and beyond in providing piles of paperwork required by the insurance company, as the rent and deposit would be paid by the insurer. Special shout out to Benjamin and Leva who made the letting process very smooth and painless. Benjamin, in particular, kept me informed daily and provided super-quick turnaround on all docs required by the insurer. Many thanks indeed and highly recommended!

GoogleWe found our flat with the help of Ieva and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Super friendly and always kept us up to date with the flats we wanted to view - even while we were waiting for a viewing on a flat we were fairly certain we wanted, she would always send us updates on other flats we might like just in case. She would send regular updates and was really organised, answering any and all questions we had. Everything went incredibly smoothly and I would absolutely go back to her/Jorgensen Turner any time we might like to move again!

GoogleA very cool agency. Ieva is super professional and a great saleswoman. Having had numerous views with them, along with others, it was eventually let. There are not many agencies in the locality that still operate a 1-to-1 service. I do question the holding deposit aspect. It should be realised to the landlord instantly, in order to take it off the market. But no other offers came in, so the particular transaction went through. Overall, satisfied and as said to her boss, Ieva Rocks!

GoogleFrom the first call to their office, all the way through to agreeing the rental terms the normally stressful process of finding a new home was made as easy as could be. The customer service is excellent, every call returned in a timely manner and every request dealt with and followed up. Would give six stars if I could! Thank you Team JT !

GoogleRonan and Richard were fantastic when I was selling my flat. They were attentive and efficient, honest and open- and very proactive. I could not recommend their services more. They are most definitely, in my view, after dealing with other agents in NW London outstanding in what they do. They are a pleasure to deal with.
