GoogleJorgensen Turner provided a perfect, first-class service for us. The help, advice and compassion shown both pre-sale and throughout the selling process was terrific. They were extremely pro-active and responsive. In addition, we asked for a recommendation for a conveyancing solicitor and were very pleased with the suggested solicitor. We would highly recommend Jorgensen Turner.

GoogleWe bought our flat from Richard a few years ago and came straight back to Jorgensen Turner this year when we decided to sell. Richard and Bianca did an amazing job during a long and challenging sale process - we would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling in NW London

GoogleIt has been a great experience working with Jorgensen Turners and Bianca. I was a foreign owner to sell London apartment. The team is excellent in term of professional knowledge and services. They reminded and assisted me to go through every steps in the process. As I wasn’t in UK, they helped to arrange everything they could. I can’t say enough to thank them for the assistance. 100% recommended.

Special mention for Bianca from the sales team who went out of her way to ensure we were looked after through out. A very pleasant individual who was a joy to deal with. GoogleGave me wrong information in order to trick me into signing a tenancy renewal agreement. Before that I had no issues with them, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
Dear Simon, we appreciate that the construction work in the building surrounding your flat is inconvenient for you, however, the works are being carried out within the constraints of the planning permission which has been granted. At the point of the renewal documentation being completed the exact timings of the commencement were unknown and on this basis you freely chose to complete the renewal. I know that our property manager and the landlord’s representative are continuing to work with you to try reach a satisfactory compromise solution with the building landlord.

GoogleFor months now I was looking for a place to move and (incorrectly) because of my profession I was getting judged and marked out of places ignorantly by other estate agents. I came to Jorgensen Turner and was treated with respect, time and understanding. They were brilliant from the viewing of the flat all the way to the completion. So much so I’d have to say I’d never want to use a bigger franchise estate agent and when I want to buy a place next year it’ll be through there guys. Amazing work Benjamin, Ieva and the teamPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBoth Richard and Bianca at Jorgensen Turner were friendly and efficient, with only occasional chasing required. They got the job done, from some lovely listing details, to accompanied viewings, and price negotiations. They liaised well with my tenants about measuring up, taking photos, and viewings, and with my letting agents. Thanks to both - they earned their fee!
