Jorgensen Turner London reviews

I stayed with Jorgensen Turner as a tenant for the past two years. I've moved around London more than five times, and I can confidently say that they are the most professional, reliable, thoughtful, and kind estate agents/management team I've ever encountered. From the initial viewing to the end of my tenancy, there was not a single moment when I felt pushed or intruded upon. Everything was efficiently communicated and handled with patience. They assisted me on numerous occasions, even up to the very last minute of my stay. A huge thank you to Ieva, Benjamin, Adina, Christian, Kyle, and anyone else whose name I may have forgotten to mention.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Elliot. He was incredibly informative, very supportive and just an all around great guy. He makes the process of a property purchase in the UK enjoyable which the same can’t be said for the process itself. Thanks again Elliot 🙌🏽 …

Jo is an absolute star. She found us a stunning place way better than anything we’d seen in London! She did everything she could to make our experience as smooth and easy as possible. Highly recommend.

I have used many estate agents over the years as a landlord but, Jorgensen Turner surpass them all. The whole team at Brondesbury Road has been most efficient and helpful throughout- from full management of my property ( for the past 6 years) and eventually ,to handling the sale of the property recently. Bianca has been a godsend, helping me with complicated queries and assisting with “electronic” questionnaires and sales processes. Will definitely recommend them . Vicky

Our paths crossed with Jamie Short as a couple who had recently moved to London from another country. You are aware of how tough it is for newcomers to rent a house in London. You must deal with a variety of procedures, such as a credit check, guarantor, and so on. Despite the hurdles, we were able to rent the house we wanted thanks to Jamie and other Jorgensen Turner staff. Jamie was extremely professional and always took care of us. I hope we can collaborate with him and his agency on our next adventures again.

Myself and my wife where looking to move out of our flat in the area and rent it as we were moving overseas. We tried a couple of estate agents and eventually settled on Jorgensen Turner, mostly because Ieva seemed the most professional and honest when we first discussed our needs and expectations. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! Myself and my wife were rushing to complete the required modifications to the flat to make it compatible with rental regulations and Ieva was absolutely fantastic at helping us out as she arranged for a number of things to happen on our behalf. She oversaw a lot of the process and kept us informed all the time and really went above and beyond in helping us out. She reassuringly took care of things whilst we were overseas which made our lives so much easier. In the end, we secured 5/6 solid offers within 4 days of it being on the market (most of which were above asking price) - and that was just the internal pool of clients that Jorgensen Turner had on their books (I don't think it even made it to Rightmove in the end as it was gone as soon as it went up!). Ieva and the team were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. Can't help but recommend their service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Ronan Quigley!! Although he was the agent for the seller, he was thoroughly professional and went out of his way to help me make the purchase and babysat the entire process through its ups and downs until its completion! And he is now helping me make arrangements for work on the place even though he doesn't have to. THATS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT SERVICE!! No guesses as to who I will be using for any property transactions!!! KUDOS to Ronan and his team!!!

Where do I begin. From the outset Ieva and her team looked after me. After the initial viewing of the property Ieva was on hand to sort out all the formalities to secure the property and take it off the market. Even when Ieva went on holiday, she liaised with her team to ensure that I could collect my keys, (once the check-in had been completed) and ensured me of a smooth transition into the property, she was correct, everything was sorted with no fuss. I'd like to thank Ieva, Kornelija, Richard and Monica for making this such a smooth process. One word comes to mind, efficient. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Thanks again for all your help.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are currently renting an apartment in Queen’s Park with JT Brondesbury Road branch and are very happy with the amazing service we received! Even though we were based in Germany while negotiating the rental agreement terms (during Covid), Ieva and Monica were so helpful in securing the apartment for us and assisting us with all the administration of moving to London! We are very impressed with this incredible team and have recommended the team to many of our friends in London. We will most definitely use JT again and are thankful for all their help! Ieva and Monica are very professional, super responsive to email requests and go above and beyond for their clients.

Joshua Gould is a phenomenal agent who continuously went above and beyond to help us buy our home! As first time home buyers, he was patient and took the time to help us with the process. From helping us find the property to liaising with the sellers and lawyers, he did everything to ensure a smooth and speedy purchase. We couldn't have done it without him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josh and the team at Jorgensen Turner!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Great experience with Daniel McHenry, smooth and transparent throughout the process in purchasing a flat. I would thoroughly recommend this agency and Daniel specifically if you’re looking in NW London. As they’re an independent and not pushy/traditional sales methods, focused on making the customer fully aware of what’s going on.

I was looking for a buy-to-rent opportunity and, amongst other agencies, I got in touch with Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury. In just couple of weeks Richard presented me with two flats in line with what I was looking for. He provided all the insights I needed on the flats and on the status of the market. As a result, we finalized the purchase of the flat. I then used Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury also to rent out the flat. Ieva was incredibly helpful with her suggestions and very quick on putting the flat on the market and get a few visits booked in on day 1. The flat was rented out on the first day at the asking price. I dealt a few times with estate agencies in London, and the service provided by Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury on both the buying and the renting process is unmatched by any other agency in Queen’s Park. They know the market and understand what customer service means. I highly recommend Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury for anyone who is interested in buying or renting a flat in Queen’s Park and Kilburn area.

Amazing staff, they all were really helpful. Special thanks to Ieva that went above and beyond since the beginning. She even knew better than us which property would be best for our needs. It's been over 9 months since we became tenants, and they have always been there answering any question and addressing each problem. I can not recommend them enough!

Richard and Josh have been nothing short of amazing when helping us sell our flat in Kilburn. Everything was tied up smoothly in 2 months so I couldn't reccomend these guys any more.
