GoogleI would highly recommend Daniel McHenry of Jorgsten Turner. Daniel just dealt with the sale of my flat. I found him to be highly responsive, calm and patient through what was a difficult transaction at times. He was a pleasure to deal with and also went above and beyond, even helping us out with a last minute request to collect some curtains! I felt I was valued as a client - he also knew that I was very busy at work and did a lot of stuff in the background speaking to the buyer and lawyers to move things along which was very much appreciated.

GoogleWe’ve had quite a lot of experience with estate agents in the past, and they’ve often felt very pushy and clearly driven by money. Working with Chloe to secure our flat was completely different. She was down to earth, honest and transparent throughout the whole process, and we never once felt pressured. Chloe communicated clearly with us at every stage and was always prompt and reliable. She made the experience far more positive and stress-free than we expected, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

GoogleI had a great experience with them! I just walked in to the office and asked for a viewing and I got on the same day. They were also very transparent with additional costs and the quality of the Landlord. After that I paid the deposit and the flat was mine. Very little effort for me. Also they were very patient with my visa arriving late (Thanks Gabriel).

GoogleI’d give five stars to Gabriel, who was always supportive, responsive, and in constant contact via WhatsApp. However, the rest of the agency was slow to respond and unclear about further steps, so I hope they can improve their communication and proactiveness for future tenants.
