We enquired about a 4 bed property for 5 of us, we asked if a HMO licence would be needed and we were told it would be sorted if it was needed. We viewed the property and put an offer in for 2 years being told that would strengthen our offer. We were then told that the landlady only wanted 4 people in there plus the contract was only to be for 6 months. We were also generally told different facts by different people there.

Jorgensen Turner have been absolutely fantastic! I had serious reservations about renting through an agency, having had unpleasant experiences with other agencies in the past. However, I only have praise about JT. Our agent, Arfan, was extremely accommodating, and he really worked around my time table. I never had to cancel or rearrange anything to meet him, and he was always mindful of what I wanted. Communication was mostly via email, but the response time was almost instantaneous. Finally, I am very pleased with the fact that it always felt like Arfan wanted us (the tenants) to be happy with what we were renting, and wasn't just trying to let the property.

Searching for a flat in London is often a horrible experience and it's mostly because of incompetent agents. That's one of the reasons my husband and I never used them and tried to rent privately, but running out of options (we have a pet which makes the search even more difficult), we contacted multiple agents with an enquiry for a 1 bed flat with very specific requirements. Of course, we've got countless offers nowhere near our price range, location etc. However, Elin from Jorgensen Turner only contacted us when they had a property that completely matched our description. What we really liked is how she treated the current tenants when showing around the property. She was very respectful and considerate which was very encouraging because one day we would be in their shoes. All throughout the process Elin was very efficient, professional but always had a personal touch. She had to go on holiday when we were waiting to hear back from the landlady, but she passed everything on to Natasha who was also very helpful and got back to us as soon as she had a response. The communication has been great throughout and Elin followed up with us multiple times before and after the move. Overall, a great experience!

I must say as estate agents .they were very helpful to me with the sale off my property as I was in Ireland they updated me at all times via emails and phone calls the staff in brondesbury road London were absolutely fantastic and so helpful especially Gurdeep bhargi who made the sale took a lot off stress off me I would recommend jorgenson turner 100% to act on your behalf when you are selling property as it is the biggest project that you have to do but they will certainly take it on for you and it will be done to perfection I would use them over and over again as I know from my experience it took all the stress of me and your certain it would be a job well done

Great service from start to finish from the Sales team. Exchanged and completed in 4 weeks! As an investor was a pleasant surprise dealing with helpful and knowledgeable agents.
