GoogleKarl, head of properties, apparently isn't interested to know about complaints. If he isn't interested, he is missing out on the most valuable data a company can have. Knowing what's not working means that you can fix it, alternatively, you can just stick your head in the sand and get a call from the Information Commissioner. GDPR means something,even to slimy letting agents.

GoogleRecent property purchase through Jorgensen Turner. The transaction was smooth and easy, Sarah made sure everyone was always up to date and was always available to answer questions. I had dealings with three members of the office and everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasure to talk to. They have an outstanding knowledge of the local area. Highly recommended local agent and it would be my pleasure to buy/sell/rent through them in the future.

GoogleI don't know what all these one star reviews are about - the staff at Jorgensen Turner were extremely warm and friendly when I went to enquire about a property in the lettings department. A member of staff named Siva was particularly helpful in suggesting properties that fit my criteria, as well as organising viewings according to my availability. Can't fault them!

GoogleWell, what can I say? The agents entered the property I was renting from them in order to carry out viewings. Oh, without advising. That was just awful and distressing, and the way they managed the whole situation left much to be desired. Hence 1 star.

GoogleI walked into shepherds bush branch to be greeted by a friendly member of staff called Sali Tobino, she sat me down and was realistic with my budget and showed me several properties. Even though I was somewhat picky, she stuck with me and found me a lovely flat just round the corner of Shepard's bush station, it was a relief I found Sali as she made my move so much easier than searching alone and professional and quick to reply unlike other agents I've dealt with. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to move to this area.

GoogleJorgensen Turner are very capable and good estate agents in the West London and South West London Area. Whether it be letting, sale or purchase they have a good team, quality and premiere service and customer oriented approach. Client loyalty is also not unnoticed and they ensure to take on customer feedback and improvement to service - offering very competitive pricing. As an added tip - Kyle Forrester is very much a star of their Ealing/Acton branch whose professionalism, problem solving approach, can - do attitude and organisational skills are exemplary. He always returns calls be it Christmas Day or late on a Friday evening and is an asset to his trade. I would recommend JT highly.

Googleterrible. they treated us as we are renting a room and no the whole property. they change people in the house without any care if we were aware about what was going on. try to immagine, you are away for a long holiday, or you are at the hospital and one day you receive an email from your agency with the new contract to sign... not even the time to realise what's going on and the day after some strangers at home; how does it sound for you this? for me they have been unprofessional and later on they treat us with an extremely arrogant attitude. Now they push us to sign the new contract making silly threats. last but not the least their fees are super expensive. london is full of good agency, no need to use this one

GoogleKyle and Samira are very good professionals, always responsive and helpful. During the two and a half years of our tenancy, every time we had an issue, this was dealt with and fixed in a timely manner. Kyle in particular has been very attentive in dealing with the Landlord and always found a reasonable compromise to make all parties happy (e.g. when there were renovation works in the flat above).

I would like to particularly mention Kyle Forrester, the Head of Property Management who is very efficient, attentive and approachable and always available (even out of hours) to help with emergencies. A service second to none: 5 stars!

GoogleI've dealt with a number of letting agents in the past and in my experience, Jorgensen Turner was very positive. I received really excellent service from Samira - she is knowledgeable and very helpful. On top of that, I felt that she was genuinely interested and cared about about us as tenants. I would definitely recommend JorgensenTurner.

GoogleThe flat we are renting is managed by J&T and I think the team is doing a fantastic job. Samira is always very helpful with administrative exercises and Kyle is super approachable, responsive and resolves all our issues/questions around the property instantly. Absolutely respects our privacy and they are here for us and making our life easier while taking care of the estate. After previous bad experiences with landlords and agencies at other properties it's really refreshing.

GoogleWe enquired about a 4 bed property for 5 of us, we asked if a HMO licence would be needed and we were told it would be sorted if it was needed. We viewed the property and put an offer in for 2 years being told that would strengthen our offer. We were then told that the landlady only wanted 4 people in there plus the contract was only to be for 6 months. We were also generally told different facts by different people there.

GoogleJorgensen Turner have been absolutely fantastic! I had serious reservations about renting through an agency, having had unpleasant experiences with other agencies in the past. However, I only have praise about JT. Our agent, Arfan, was extremely accommodating, and he really worked around my time table. I never had to cancel or rearrange anything to meet him, and he was always mindful of what I wanted. Communication was mostly via email, but the response time was almost instantaneous. Finally, I am very pleased with the fact that it always felt like Arfan wanted us (the tenants) to be happy with what we were renting, and wasn't just trying to let the property.
