GoogleWe have been renting a flat for just over a year and Kyle Forrester, The Senior Property Manager has been amazing and attending to our needs of things to be repaired or serviced in the flat. We are very house proud and take good care of the flat and do register alot of maintenance work which is always quickly attended to. Thanks Kyle for your efficiency and professionalism.

GoogleMy review is for Kyle Forrester rather than the Estate Agency itself. Since we moved into the property he has been our contact and has provided 5* service. I literally call about once a month to have something attended to and he is prompt at resolving it for us. He has made our stay a really pleasant one. The Estate Agency is lucky to have such a top employee. I hope he is aptly rewarded. I usually HATE estate agencies ;)

GoogleI found the whole team to be very professional and friendly. I found them great to work with and have found Kyle in property management always delivers. I would highly recommend not only Kyle but all of the staff members and Jorgensen Turner.

GoogleVery professional and really helpful agency. Unfortunately we didn't find a flat with them, but Sali and all the staff at Jorgensen Turner made an amazing job in helping us. In particular Sali has been always very dedicated and really nice with us. She is doing a great job! If one day we will need to move again in this area we will definitely contact them, since they are doing their best to take care of customers and their needs. Highly recommended!

GoogleThe flat we are renting is managed by J&T and I think the team is doing a fantastic job. Samira is always very helpful with administrative exercises and Kyle is super approachable, responsive and resolves all our issues/questions around the property instantly. Absolutely respects our privacy and they are here for us and making our life easier while taking care of the estate. After previous bad experiences with landlords and agencies at other properties it's really refreshing.

GoogleThis estate agency is unlike the majority of agents in that they actually care about their tenants and go above and beyond to ensure smooth moving processes with attention to detail and professionalism. Their senior property manager Kyle Forrester is particularly excellent, he is available 24 hours a day to deal with any maintenance problems that arise and he always does so in the most efficient and timely manner possible, going out of his way to make things easier for tenants in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Jorgensen Turner if you are looking for a flat to rent or buy :)

GoogleBe extremely careful if you're renting with this "agency". They are the most unprofessional, dishonest people I've ever dealt with. We were promised certain things would be done/fixed around the house we rented before we move in and in the end we had to move in without the property to be even cleaned with plenty of rubbish left from previous tennants! I strongly suggest you get everything they say written down and signed !!!

GoogleRecently bought a flat through Jorgensenturner. Paul was fantastic. Seemed to b a very experienced negotiator. A few problems came up which he dealt with quickly and without fuss. Very easy. Will definitely use them when I come to sell.

GoogleA very cool agency. Ieva is super professional and a great saleswoman. Having had numerous views with them, along with others, it was eventually let. There are not many agencies in the locality that still operate a 1-to-1 service. I do question the holding deposit aspect. It should be realised to the landlord instantly, in order to take it off the market. But no other offers came in, so the particular transaction went through. Overall, satisfied and as said to her boss, Ieva Rocks!

GoogleI walked into shepherds bush branch to be greeted by a friendly member of staff called Sali Tobino, she sat me down and was realistic with my budget and showed me several properties. Even though I was somewhat picky, she stuck with me and found me a lovely flat just round the corner of Shepard's bush station, it was a relief I found Sali as she made my move so much easier than searching alone and professional and quick to reply unlike other agents I've dealt with. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to move to this area.
