GoogleHelped us rent and buy in the area. Excellent service and a local small business. Would use again.

GoogleExcellent Service from Benjamin. By far the best estate agency I’ve dealt with in London.

GoogleIt's rare that you get a lettings agent that listens to your brief and proactively reaches out as each property comes on the market. Ben @ Jorgensen Turner is that man. Searching for a home is time consuming and difficult - it's great to have that effort treated with respect.

GoogleBenjamin has been very helpful from the start and made our move in experience easy and pleasant. The whole team is very responsive and quick to help. Very good experience, would recommend!

GoogleOther members of my family have used Jorgensen Turner in the past and recommended them for the sale of my flat. I couldn't have been happier with them. Paul is a pleasure to work with - professional, honest, efficient and personable. They did a great job managing a somewhat tricky leasehold sale. Highly recommended!

GoogleThe Lettings Team at Jorgensen Turner helped to find me a "replacement flat" after a flood rendered my own home uninhabitable. Not only were everyone I dealt with highly professional, they also went above and beyond in providing piles of paperwork required by the insurance company, as the rent and deposit would be paid by the insurer. Special shout out to Benjamin and Leva who made the letting process very smooth and painless. Benjamin, in particular, kept me informed daily and provided super-quick turnaround on all docs required by the insurer. Many thanks indeed and highly recommended!

GoogleAVOID !!! Extremely unprofessional, before moving in the agent Sali declared that certain things would be fixed, but at the end we end up chasing the agency for weeks to get things done however they didn't do anything at all. We had to move in in a dirty house with lots of items left from previous tenants which was highly frustrating. throughout our tenancy the agency was never cooperative or ready to assist with any issues that we had rather they were always unprofessional and we had to wait forever for replies. Would definitely advise you if you have the option to use another agency or to have everything they say in writing.

GoogleIf it was possible i would give minus 5 stars for this unprofessional company, since the first day we had moved in our property they caused us only problems. These agents are unprofesionnal and don't have any clue what they are doing and how. The worst experiance in my life . HIGHLY DON'T RECOMEND YOU WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY EXCEPT IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO LOSE IN THE MEANTIME

GoogleIncredibly unprofessional, left us waiting around and did not show up, and would not recommend to prospective buyers or renters. Shocking service from Mikolaj and Siva.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience during our move. The service we received was above and beyond with exceptional care. Ieva was absolutley brilliant throughout the whole process providing us consistantly regular updates and accomodating everything to the time we had available. We are incredibly pleased. I can quite honestly say I would recommend the services of Jorgensen Turner and Ieva for any future estate agent needs. Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier!

GoogleWe were very pleased with our recent experience with JorgensenTurner Brondesbury Road Branch. Ieva is undoubtedly one of the most professional and efficient letting agent we have ever dealt with.

GoogleHave been renting my flat as a landlord in Cambridge Ave with Jorgensenturner for about 5 years now. They've been fantastic both at getting a good rent and managing it. Stuff comes up with the tenants every now and again but they deal with everything very efficiently. Will keep using.

GoogleWe found our flat with the help of Ieva and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Super friendly and always kept us up to date with the flats we wanted to view - even while we were waiting for a viewing on a flat we were fairly certain we wanted, she would always send us updates on other flats we might like just in case. She would send regular updates and was really organised, answering any and all questions we had. Everything went incredibly smoothly and I would absolutely go back to her/Jorgensen Turner any time we might like to move again!

GoogleIeva made our property hunt and all the lettings process very quick and easy, with high degrees of professionalism and while also remaining very personable. Definitely the most positive experience I've had going to an estate agent. 5/5, big recommend.
