We’ve had quite a lot of experience with estate agents in the past, and they’ve often felt very pushy and clearly driven by money. Working with Chloe to secure our flat was completely different. She was down to earth, honest and transparent throughout the whole process, and we never once felt pressured. Chloe communicated clearly with us at every stage and was always prompt and reliable. She made the experience far more positive and stress-free than we expected, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

We experienced some challenges with the service. Initially, we were shown a property priced at 2250 and were required to pay a week's rent in advance for the landlord's consideration, which we promptly did. However, we were later informed that the landlord had accepted another offer from a different agency made last Friday, unbeknownst to the service team. We've been told the refund will take up to 5 working days. I'm concerned about the process of taking payment before confirmation and the lack of updates about the property's status. Additionally, the decision to lower the asking price while the landlord sought higher offers elsewhere raises questions about the service's professionalism and transparency.

As you can imagine looking for a house to buy could be quite stressful in this market...starting finding properties on Zoopla, booking viewings and seeing flats in terrible conditions, not as expected, etc....you know London! While doing all of that, we bumped one evening into Jorgensen Turner's website and enquired for a property. The rest is history. We recently sold our flat having bought the property through the same agents a few years prior. Paul and his team were fab. Paul came around to give us a valuation and seemed very genuine and honest- much different to other local estate agents! The photos taken were fab, we were communicated with the whole way through the process and we sold within 6 days. There were a few hiccups along the way with our buyer though Paul was fab at resolving these issues and completing with a sale price over asking.
