GoogleHad an amazing experience selling our flat with Heather from Jorgensen Turner - from the initial photos and listing through to all the work during the conveyancing process, Heather was communicative, attentive and keen to keep the process moving. I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in the area.

GoogleWe just purchased the property through Jorgensen Turner. Paul Jorgensen is extremely fantastic and helpful. From the first review until the final completion, he has always acted very professionally throughout. Although we met some delay due to the property itself, Paul worked hard to chase up all parties and finally made things moving smoothly! He is very responsive and takes good care of the flat and his clients. We are 100% pleased with Paul and JT. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Jorgensen Turner to anyone looking for property service.

GoogleA fabulous local agency that has been a joy to work with, from valuations and marketing with Paul to viewings and the sales process with Heather. They always keep you updated, give great feedback on viewings and have a network of contacts to help, whatever the issue. I wish I had 100 properties to sell with them!

GoogleThis agency is making you pay security deposit before passing your offer to the landlord... Offers are always behind due to this, no other agency made us do this. Then Valentina made a mistake when trying to pay us back, refused to admit she misread our instructions resulting in us waiting 4 weeks to get our money back, and not even in full! Would not work with this agency ever again.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI’d give five stars to Gabriel, who was always supportive, responsive, and in constant contact via WhatsApp. However, the rest of the agency was slow to respond and unclear about further steps, so I hope they can improve their communication and proactiveness for future tenants.

GoogleMy review is for Kyle Forrester rather than the Estate Agency itself. Since we moved into the property he has been our contact and has provided 5* service. I literally call about once a month to have something attended to and he is prompt at resolving it for us. He has made our stay a really pleasant one. The Estate Agency is lucky to have such a top employee. I hope he is aptly rewarded. I usually HATE estate agencies ;)

GoogleVery professional and really helpful agency. Unfortunately we didn't find a flat with them, but Sali and all the staff at Jorgensen Turner made an amazing job in helping us. In particular Sali has been always very dedicated and really nice with us. She is doing a great job! If one day we will need to move again in this area we will definitely contact them, since they are doing their best to take care of customers and their needs. Highly recommended!

GoogleThis estate agency is unlike the majority of agents in that they actually care about their tenants and go above and beyond to ensure smooth moving processes with attention to detail and professionalism. Their senior property manager Kyle Forrester is particularly excellent, he is available 24 hours a day to deal with any maintenance problems that arise and he always does so in the most efficient and timely manner possible, going out of his way to make things easier for tenants in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Jorgensen Turner if you are looking for a flat to rent or buy :)

GoogleJorgensen Turner are very capable and good estate agents in the West London and South West London Area. Whether it be letting, sale or purchase they have a good team, quality and premiere service and customer oriented approach. Client loyalty is also not unnoticed and they ensure to take on customer feedback and improvement to service - offering very competitive pricing. As an added tip - Kyle Forrester is very much a star of their Ealing/Acton branch whose professionalism, problem solving approach, can - do attitude and organisational skills are exemplary. He always returns calls be it Christmas Day or late on a Friday evening and is an asset to his trade. I would recommend JT highly.

GoogleSearching for a flat in London is often a horrible experience and it's mostly because of incompetent agents. That's one of the reasons my husband and I never used them and tried to rent privately, but running out of options (we have a pet which makes the search even more difficult), we contacted multiple agents with an enquiry for a 1 bed flat with very specific requirements. Of course, we've got countless offers nowhere near our price range, location etc. However, Elin from Jorgensen Turner only contacted us when they had a property that completely matched our description. What we really liked is how she treated the current tenants when showing around the property. She was very respectful and considerate which was very encouraging because one day we would be in their shoes. All throughout the process Elin was very efficient, professional but always had a personal touch. She had to go on holiday when we were waiting to hear back from the landlady, but she passed everything on to Natasha who was also very helpful and got back to us as soon as she had a response. The communication has been great throughout and Elin followed up with us multiple times before and after the move. Overall, a great experience!
