GoogleAfter 2 years (believe it or not) of house searching, we had the pleasure to meet Denise JT Estate Agents and the process finally became easy, smooth, honest, transparent and unbelievably fast. We avoided the bidding wars, all the unnecessary hustles, and we finally moved into our lovely home two months later. Can't recommend the office and especially Denise more. GoogleI was looking for a nice new home for me and my family, and it was a nightmare to find it until I get a call from Jorgensen Turner agency. They offer me a property which was exactly what I was looking for! Denise, Kornelija and Joshua make sure that all paper work was done as quick as possible, they were so kind and professional. This is the 3rd time that we rent property with this agency and we never had any issues. Property managers Kyle and Adina taking care that any kind of issues in the property during the tenancy is resolved ASAP. If you are dreaming a nice home for you and your family and you want to feel safe, then you definitly need to come to Jorgensen Turner agency and your dreams gone come true!😊

GoogleAs a ‘First Time Landlord’, I was somewhat anxious entering this new world of rules and regulations. Happily Denise Martin and team were there at every step with help and advice. When it came to finding tenants, Denise carried out my brief to the letter and a lovely couple were quickly found, vetted and moved in at the beginning of the New Year. GoogleVery unprofessional behavior when they wanted me to sign a renewal agreement for my tenancy. They gave me wrong information about construction work and tricked me into signing a new fixed term contract with them. Now I am stuck in a very noisy flat. Avoid them if you are a tenant.

Dear Simon, we appreciate that the construction work in the building surrounding your flat is inconvenient for you, however, the works are being carried out within the constraints of the planning permission which has been granted. At the point of the renewal documentation being completed the exact timings of the commencement were unknown and on this basis you freely chose to complete the renewal. I know that our property manager and the landlord’s representative are continuing to work with you to try reach a satisfactory compromise solution with the building landlord.

GoogleGave me wrong information in order to trick me into signing a tenancy renewal agreement. Before that I had no issues with them, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

GoogleI first met Richard and was comfortable with his honesty and experience, so listed with JT. I expected to have to wait a few months for a buyer, but Bianca found me one and agreed a price in less than 2 weeks. What I thought would be a simple process was painfully drawn out for months by solicitors and councils. But Bianca was always on top of things, kept communication open with all parties, chased things up, and it probably wouldnt have been completed without her efforts. Im very grateful and would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleIt has been a great experience working with Jorgensen Turners and Bianca. I was a foreign owner to sell London apartment. The team is excellent in term of professional knowledge and services. They reminded and assisted me to go through every steps in the process. As I wasn’t in UK, they helped to arrange everything they could. I can’t say enough to thank them for the assistance. 100% recommended.

Thanks for the Feedback. In a market where there is an imbalance between supply of property and the demand for those properties this does sometimes lead to price changes. GoogleI managed to find my flat on right move, ring up Jamie each day asking questions, view my flat, have my documents approved by the landlord ALL WITHIN 4 DAYS! This could never have been done without Jamie, I'm so grateful that he answered all my questions, picked up the phone, even gave me a video tour before I viewed the flat in person so I could show it to my partner who was unable to attend the real-life viewing. He was so good and communicated amazingly with me and my partner. Thank you Jamie so much!
