GoogleDaniel has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have been helpful, quick, communicative and very friendly and easy to get hold of when needed. I will definitely reach out to Daniel and Jorgensen Turner for their services in the future for buying or selling and recommend others to do so. Such a noticeable difference compared to other agents I have dealt with in the past.

GoogleWe experienced some challenges with the service. Initially, we were shown a property priced at 2250 and were required to pay a week's rent in advance for the landlord's consideration, which we promptly did. However, we were later informed that the landlord had accepted another offer from a different agency made last Friday, unbeknownst to the service team. We've been told the refund will take up to 5 working days. I'm concerned about the process of taking payment before confirmation and the lack of updates about the property's status. Additionally, the decision to lower the asking price while the landlord sought higher offers elsewhere raises questions about the service's professionalism and transparency.

Whilst we work very hard to ensure that the information we supply to applicants is accurate and up to date there are occasions where this can be challenging when the rental market is very competitive and a landlord is working with multiple agencies. The refund will be completed as quickly as possible.

His high levels of customer service mixed with his proactive and efficient approach put him a league above other local agents in the area (of which I have dealt with many) and is a real testament to Jorgensen Turner. GoogleI just move in to a new property thanks to Jorgensen Tuner team, specially Denise who was very solicitor showing the place for many times as I needed, and also Kornelija, who’s always polite and answering my questions. Before I move in, I requested a professional cleaning and a new painting, and both of my requests were done. I’ve got no complaints at all, they’re very helpful and surely capable.

GoogleRichard and his team provided excellent service throughout my collaboration with them. The Rental's team were great at finding tenants so quickly and provide valuable intel into securing the right tenant. The Sales team (when we eventually sold) also worked endlessly to find the right buyer who our 1 bed flat would most appeal to. Both sets of teams offer a very personalised service, who know their areas extremely well and I cannot recommended them enough if you want a local, friendly and collaborative team who will get the job done for you. Heather Davis handled the final sale with fantastic attention to detail and great communications with both the freeholder and the prospective buyers.
