GoogleWe’ve just sold our property with Jorgensen Turner and they were a delight to deal with. We’ve had previous experience of other bigger name local agents in QP and Willesden but none of them came close to the level of service offered by Richard and Ronan. They kept us updated throughout and gave good and grounded advice. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

GooglePaul Jorgensen sold three of my investment properties in a tough market in a good space of time. He was diligent informed and driven which made my life much easier. His communication was clear and prompt everything you want in Estate agency. I actually bought one or two from him twelve years ago rented a few through JT and over that time has been helpful and insightful to the market conditions. Honestly I tried a most of the local agents and wish from the beginning I had given him sole agency. He was so much better that the competition and not by a short distance. I don’t say this lightly, in a crowded market place of everyone verbally offering you the best service, Jorgensen Turner delivered time and time again for over a decade.

GoogleMyself and my wife where looking to move out of our flat in the area and rent it as we were moving overseas. We tried a couple of estate agents and eventually settled on Jorgensen Turner, mostly because Ieva seemed the most professional and honest when we first discussed our needs and expectations. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! Myself and my wife were rushing to complete the required modifications to the flat to make it compatible with rental regulations and Ieva was absolutely fantastic at helping us out as she arranged for a number of things to happen on our behalf. She oversaw a lot of the process and kept us informed all the time and really went above and beyond in helping us out. She reassuringly took care of things whilst we were overseas which made our lives so much easier. In the end, we secured 5/6 solid offers within 4 days of it being on the market (most of which were above asking price) - and that was just the internal pool of clients that Jorgensen Turner had on their books (I don't think it even made it to Rightmove in the end as it was gone as soon as it went up!). Ieva and the team were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. Can't help but recommend their service.

GoogleOur paths crossed with Jamie Short as a couple who had recently moved to London from another country. You are aware of how tough it is for newcomers to rent a house in London. You must deal with a variety of procedures, such as a credit check, guarantor, and so on. Despite the hurdles, we were able to rent the house we wanted thanks to Jamie and other Jorgensen Turner staff. Jamie was extremely professional and always took care of us. I hope we can collaborate with him and his agency on our next adventures again.

JT not only connected me with excellent tenants and given me great service but they have also provided me with thoughtful & considerate advice. During the sale Richard made the whole process seamless. I can not recommend Richard and his team enough and wish them all the best for the future.

GoogleI am unable to fully express my utter joy and pleasure in finding an estate agency that not only goes above and beyond its duties but provides amazing after care service!!! After purchasing a property from JT, I was in an anxious frenzy as I needed to get the property up to spec before moving in and I had less than two weeks in which to get all the electrics, gas and boiler etc tested and brought up to spec, clean out the packed attic, replace numerous fittings, locks, window locks, power points, light bulbs etc and finally clean the whole place! I didnt know how I would get it done! Enter Kyle Forrester and the awesome lettings team at Jorgensen, who took over the entire project management of the works, determined what needed to be done, got in the right people and companies to do it (got me the all the certificates) and sorted it all within the alloted time frame and DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg!!! I was totally blown away! These guys are incredible!! I need to get them to do my in-laws place next!!

Although he was the agent for the seller, he was thoroughly professional and went out of his way to help me make the purchase and babysat the entire process through its ups and downs until its completion! And he is now helping me make arrangements for work on the place even though he doesn't have to. THATS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT SERVICE!! No guesses as to who I will be using for any property transactions!!! KUDOS to Ronan and his team!!!

GoogleI just moved to London from Toronto and Jamie, Monica, and the rest of the team at the Kilburn location made finding a flat and getting settled, seamless and pleasant! Exceedingly helpful at sorting out an area, communicating with the landlord, switching over utilities, and anything else that may have come up. Would recommend them to anyone and would happily use them again!
