GoogleWhere do I begin. From the outset Ieva and her team looked after me. After the initial viewing of the property Ieva was on hand to sort out all the formalities to secure the property and take it off the market. Even when Ieva went on holiday, she liaised with her team to ensure that I could collect my keys, (once the check-in had been completed) and ensured me of a smooth transition into the property, she was correct, everything was sorted with no fuss. I'd like to thank Ieva, Kornelija, Richard and Monica for making this such a smooth process. One word comes to mind, efficient. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. When a few administrative issues appeared during our referencing period, he remained understanding and helpful. Other estate agents might have just thrown in the towel and moved onto other prospective tenants, so we really appreciated his efforts to make sure we could move into the flat we loved. GoogleMr Di Angelo is a complete lyer he spoke with me this morning, booked a viewing for 6pm today, he said I will receive a confirmation email. When I called again to chase the email he said that he did not told me anything and basically called me a lyer. This is the most unprofessional treatment I have seen!!!!!!

GoogleWe recently sold our flat having bought the property through the same agents a few years prior. Paul and his team were fab. Paul came around to give us a valuation and seemed very genuine and honest- much different to other local estate agents! The photos taken were fab, we were communicated with the whole way through the process and we sold within 6 days. There were a few hiccups along the way with our buyer though Paul was fab at resolving these issues and completing with a sale price over asking. Just wanted to say thank you to Paul and his team- there are some decent estate agents out there!

GoogleI had a brilliant experience with Jorgensen Turner (Kilburn), who were sole agents for a flat I recently purchased. From the very first viewing right up to completion, Ronan Quigley and Richard Turner proved consistently friendly, accessible and reliable, with value-added candour and in-depth local knowledge. Ronan is a great communicator and was exceptionally helpful (and patient!) throughout the purchase process: answering my many questions promptly and thoroughly, and accommodating additional viewings and coordinating surveyor appointments etc. with affability and ease. I highly recommend this stellar team!

GoogleRecently purchased a house through JT - all in all a really positive experience and Paul acted as a highly professional and understanding go-between with the vendor. I can't fault JT and Paul's efforts to make the process as smooth as possible (because when is it ever a totally smooth process?) from start to finish and was highly impressed and pleased with the service provided. Very much recommended.
