There is little turnover of staff, which means that I have been dealing with the same agents for a long time. Staff is polite, responsive, professional and oriented to find quick solutions. Unlike many other agents, he took time with our application and made sure we were regularly updated on the progress. His friendly approach and great sense of humor were an additional bonus that made the whole process an actual pleasure! I highly recommend them.

GoogleI have dealt with Jorgensen Turner for over 10 years as a purchaser, vendor and landlord and have always been impressed by their service. The benefit of dealing with an independent owner driven agency is that the advice given to you is not for the short term because they know that they will be answerable for for it in later years. All the people I have dealt with, Paul in sales, Mikolaj and Siva in letting and Kyle and Adina on the management side have been diligent, knowledgeable and courteous, they all go above and beyond the call of duty to help out. You only find out how good an agency is when things go wrong, JorgensenTurner try and make sure things don’t go wrong but if they do, then they make sure that they solve the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy , sell or rent a property.

In particular, the Property Manager Kyle is very responsive, efficient and is able to get a contractor to visit our flat in a matter of days whenever we need help - Impeccable service, thank you Kyle and the team and Jorgensen Turner.

I have to say that everytime I was looking for the agency I always look for few main factors .. friendliness, fast problem solving (if any) not annoying (coming every week for check up ) great value for the money , FAIR approach. I have to say that this agency has it all ... if you looking for agency which is ready to help and take care of you as a tenant and find you the best property on the market for the budget you have- this will be the one . If anything went down in the property they was there very fast to fix it, if there was issue from our side we needed to discuss they offer a quick solutions ... one of the main thing they are FAIR with returning the deposit ,not like others and that's a massive positive especially In London!! I have to say big thank you to Kyle and all team as they were absolutely brilliant for past 7 years we lived there .. definitely recommend and if in the future I will be returning back to London Jorgensen Turner you will have me on your doorstep right away 😅😅 Thanks a lot !

GoogleI was looking for a buy-to-rent opportunity and, amongst other agencies, I got in touch with Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury. In just couple of weeks Richard presented me with two flats in line with what I was looking for. He provided all the insights I needed on the flats and on the status of the market. As a result, we finalized the purchase of the flat. I then used Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury also to rent out the flat. Ieva was incredibly helpful with her suggestions and very quick on putting the flat on the market and get a few visits booked in on day 1. The flat was rented out on the first day at the asking price. I dealt a few times with estate agencies in London, and the service provided by Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury on both the buying and the renting process is unmatched by any other agency in Queen’s Park. They know the market and understand what customer service means. I highly recommend Jorgensen Turner Brondesbury for anyone who is interested in buying or renting a flat in Queen’s Park and Kilburn area.

GoogleI have been using Jorgensen Turner for the lettings service, a fully managed service. I literally cannot recommend their services high enough. They are so professional, quick and sort things out. I think tenants are happy, and I as a landlord, I'm very happy. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and particularly Ieva, she is so utterly professional.

GoogleFor months now I was looking for a place to move and (incorrectly) because of my profession I was getting judged and marked out of places ignorantly by other estate agents. I came to Jorgensen Turner and was treated with respect, time and understanding. They were brilliant from the viewing of the flat all the way to the completion.
