GoogleThis agency is making you pay security deposit before passing your offer to the landlord... Offers are always behind due to this, no other agency made us do this. Then Valentina made a mistake when trying to pay us back, refused to admit she misread our instructions resulting in us waiting 4 weeks to get our money back, and not even in full! GoogleWe are currently renting an apartment in Queen’s Park with JT Brondesbury Road branch and are very happy with the amazing service we received! Even though we were based in Germany while negotiating the rental agreement terms (during Covid), Ieva and Monica were so helpful in securing the apartment for us and assisting us with all the administration of moving to London! We are very impressed with this incredible team and have recommended the team to many of our friends in London. We will most definitely use JT again and are thankful for all their help!
