GoogleIf you are looking to sell your house in a quick and professional manner then Jordan Fishwick are the agents for you. We had a number of potential buys lined up within hours of putting our house on the market. Chris, Amy, Heather and the rest of the team kept us fully informed during the process and all appointments were confirmed by text or e-mail and grouped together to minimize disruption. We had in excess of ten very interested parties and sold the house within 2 weeks of it being advertised. Once we agreed the sale they guided us through the rest of the process which helped us to relax and look forward to moving into our dream home.

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish! Took them almost a year to have things fixed I'm my flat when it's time to leave you get slammed with hidden fees. Stay away from this place and it's rude employees that treat you as someone less then them.

GoogleThey have no respect whatsoever for their tenants. They break the law, send threatening letters, try to get as much money as humanly possible out of people at every given opportunity and at times when this is not actually legal. Their service itself is awful. They send documents full or errors or unfinished that cost vast amounts of money to the tenant. They will go into your property and send the backdated notification afterwards. They ignore all of your questions and attempts to contact them. Avoid at all cost, or get something in writing to prevent them from doing this to you at the time you choose to use this company. Sad that they treat people so poorly and have no respect for their tenants.

GoogleMy mother in law sold with the Charlton office. It was my understanding the agent works for the seller. Not in this case. The constantly harassed her telling her to move onto rented as the buyer wanted to be in. This was a huge move for mother in law as she had been in her home for nearly 40 years. The picture were not great and it took them nearly a year to sell, after they made my mother in law accept an offer to someone who did not have the finances to pay for it, and for nearly 4 month the property was marked as SoldSTC missing all the buyers. To summarise Jordan Fishwick: poor pictures, no customer services, no empathy, expensive, ROGUE AGENT. Jordan Fishwick, Chorlton are the definition of a bad estate agent.

GoogleThe Jordan Fishwick team really do go that extra mile, I couldn't recommend them enough. We have bought and sold twice through JF and both times they've provided us with great service. We always recommend to friends and family and if we every move again we wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleTravelled an hour to view properties for the day with multiple agents. Booked one with Jordan fishwick. When calling on the day about meeting specifics extremely rude on the phone. Said she had left answerphone message to cancel but had not. We lost connection and she rang back, extremely rude saying she had emailed (note not called as previously stated) and we should check our email. We never received a single email. Avoid at all costs. You would at least expect a call when there is a cancellation. Can't believe their attitude especially when travelled such a distance. Not even an apology

GoogleI am just about to complete on the purchase of a house with Jordan Fishwick. Having relocated from Grimsby, I was unsure whether I could afford anything in the area. I had viewed several houses with Dave and Elly however it seemed I couldn't get much for my budget. Elly suggested seeing their in house mortgage adviser who ended up getting me a better mortgage then my bank gave me! This opened up more options and we found the perfect place! So happy with the result and the trumendos service provided.

GoogleGreat service from everyone at Jordan Fishwick, mainly dealt with Elly who was very knowledgable and helped me through the whole process. Harry came to value our house and was really helpful and clear and he wasn't pushy like other agents were. David then came and carried out taking photos and measure ups. Again, his service was professionable and reliable. Maura was also brilliant throughout the process and always had our best interest and made us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend Jordan Fishwick Chorlton

We used Jordan Fishwick as our selling agent and found them to be very professional, efficient at responding to queries and good at keeping us updated. David Bloor was particularly good at navigating us through a difficult sale. Would recommend.

GoogleHad damp in my property for 6 months or more now, been constantly asking for work to be done on it to no avail. 4 different contractor companies been around and said it is unhealthy to be living here but no work actually been done. We have now had environmental health around who are issuing a court order that the work must be done. it should not take this for a company to help the people giving them money.

GoogleAwful estate agents! Asked us to move out then charged us for an extra week of rent on an empty property. Unhelpful staff, constantly giving wrong information and don't have a clue what's going on!

GoogleJF are liars, unresponsive and charge outrageous fees to tenants. Avoid completely as any property let through JF is absolutely not worth it.
