Stewart acted with an outstanding level of professionalism from start to finish on conducting the sale of my house to purchasing my new home, during a very difficult time with the global pandemic. If I could give -10 starts I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a lettings agent. And even though this review will probably not mean much to them, maybe if you are looking for a property and reading this, you should know not to go with these people. Initially I booked a property viewing, had 3 confirmation e-mails from an employee and rightmove. Showed up, waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. E-mailed the branch manager - no reply (useless guy). After 3 days got a reply from the guy who initially booked the viewing, saying that the landlord was there to show us the property according to her we were not there. I rang the apartment 3 times with it saying the line is busy every time. A person called Debbie, called me to ask if I want to go ahead with the property, i explained the situation and she didn't even say sorry (another completely useless person). I never even got to view the property that I wanted to view initially and basically did not want to give these people any money. They had shown nothing to deserve that.
