All aspects of the process were handled very efficiently and they even went above and beyond by liaising with other agents and solicitors to help me secure my new home. Highly recommend.

I was delighted with the professionalism, knowledge and personal attention to my house sale managed by Tom and Vicki at the Hale branch. Besides achieving a quick sale above market value and managing the subsequent process, Tom and Vicki also liaised with other agents and solicitors on my behalf to help me secure my onward home. Both the time to respond to messages and also take any necessary action were beyond expectation. I have great confidence in recommending Tom and Vicki.

GoogleAvoid, any work to the house that needs getting done is usually rejected. They also take far too long to reply to emails haven’t heard back in over 2 weeks.

GoogleI would definitely not recommend them. They kept my whole deposit and asked for more money on top of it and threatened me to give this to dept management. Absolute awful people. I wouldn’t even leave one star but I have to!!!

GoogleI emailed about a disfunctional oven on a Monday and Tuesday morning someone was already in to fix it. Joe Royle acted fast and efficiently, that we didn't even feel the absence of the oven for one day.
