GoogleWe have been renting through Jordan Fishwick and when we bought our first house Jordan Fishwick was the agent for the seller. Couldn't have asked for a better service. They were really helpful with our purchase, chasing solicitors and helping the process be as easy and stress free as possible. They also helped us with the transition between the two properties given the uncertainty of our projected completion time over the christmas period and having to serve notice on our old place.

GoogleWe have just dealt with Harriet on the purchase of our new home and she has been fantastic throughout. Myself and my husband have both been impressed with Harriet’s friendly approach, tenacity and communication. Thanks Again Harriet.

GoogleI have used Jordan Fishwick for many years as they were the letting agents for our property. When we sold the obvious choice was to use them again, and they were brilliant. Harriot Clough in particular was outstanding, thorough, diligent and kept in touch with all parties involved. Exemplary service, Harriet and Debra make a wonderful team and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Delighted.

GoogleWhat great service from JF New Mills. From the outset, we were very impressed with the marketing of our property, the quality of the photos and videos was excellent. Excellent communication from Jacqueline and Elizabeth at all times, and always proactive in helping the process along. Thank you so much guys, we couldn’t have done it without you!!

GoogleWhen I came to sell my home of 58 years I knew it would never be a straightforward sale with its many unusual characteristics. Thankfully Elizabeth and the staff at New Mills together with the staff at Disley were there every step of the way to help. The communication was always there both to me and my purchaser . I cannot thank them all enough for the consideration they gave knowing this was going to be such a huge change for me and making it as easy as possible . I would highly recommend Jordan Fishwick if selling or purchasing a property in the area a huge thank you to them all .

TrustpilotHorrendous
Disappointing experience with Jordan Fishwick. Took far too long when requesting maintenance, especially the boiler broken over 5 months in winter. Horrible communication (our property manager changed twice). Do not recommend.

TrustpilotEasy breezy
We found our current rental property through Jordan Fishwick in Didsbury and the whole process was a breeze!! Alishea was so helpful and friendly and helped us find a gorgeous flat within our price range. We absolutely love it and our faith is restored in bigger letting agents after some pretty horrific past experiences. Thank you Alishea :-) x

TrustpilotLetting in Didsbury
I used Jordan Fishwick for letting my house in Didsbury. At all times they responded immediately either by phone or email which is important to me. They are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous at all times. Meghan is extremely efficient and has sorted out any potential problems with speed and competence. I will not hesitate to use this company again for future lettings.

GoogleCan't rate the team enough in supporting the purchase of our new forever home. Elizabeth was supportive throughout and so proactive in helping us move the purchase along, especially while we were struggling with solicitors! I absolutely recommend them : D

GoogleThe Jordan Fishwick team were very efficient from start to finish. They secured a sale on our property within the first day of going live and continuously supported us throughout the selling process. Particular mention to Elizabeth Hart who we felt went above and beyond to help get our sale done.

GoogleI dealt with Jordan & Fishwick New Mills and Disley offices and they were exceptional people to deal with. They took all the stress out of an extremely stressful situation for me. Elizabeth and Paul were both so professional, and every other person on their team with whom I spoke was always so helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. The house sold within days of going on the market, but, as Jordan Fishwick say - their work starts AFTER that! I had help and guidance with all sorts of issues and Elizabeth always had listening ear, as well as a solution. I had already received glowing reports from both my son and daughter, whose respective house sales/purchase had also been handled by this amazing estate agency, so Jordan Fishwick can't come more highly recommended. You engage an estate agent, but you gain a friend. Thank you all so very much.

GoogleBecca is so helpful and friendly. In a short period of time, she assisted with the paperwork organisation and rental. Even though I had less than a month before starting my job, there was not even a one-day delay.
