I can not recommend them enough!I recently sold a house through this agency and from viewings to exchange and completion, it has all been faultless on their part. Richard has always been at the end of the phone to get an update or answer any questions that I had. They are very professional and knowledgeable which helped the process go as smoothly as it did

FacebookThey don't check tenants (who then go on to not pay rent and cause damage). On selling, they bring round people who the house is not suitable for and forget keys so they can't show the garden. Pretty useless really.

GoogleBecca is so helpful and friendly. In a short period of time, she assisted with the paperwork organisation and rental. Even though I had less than a month before starting my job, there was not even a one-day delay.

GoogleWhen we arrived at our flat it was dirty, and clearly hadn't been cleaned. When we left the flat, we were charged a £100 cleaning fee (even though we left it spotless). Really poor communication as well. Wouldn't recommend !
