Maura and her team at the Chorlton branch helped me sell my property and kept on top of things throughout what was, at times,a very stressful process. I’m very thankful to have reached completion and it was thanks to Maura’s experience, diligence and perseverance that I am where I am, I’ve managed to sell my home to lovely buyers. Thank you!

If I could score zero stars for this company then I would. Total lack of care from a tenants perspective. From a landlords perspective not great either as the workmen they send are not specialist - ie sending a general handyman to paint over damp - it still showed as the paint was runny as water.I couldnt move in on the day I had paid to as the house hadnt been cleaned and the boiler was broken.On move out the experience got worse. The house was left immaculate yet they took £75 to clean the worlds smallest bathroom (only a shower no bath) and £105 to pull up some weeds on the front drive and trim a bush.Terrible experience, made to feel like a 2nd class citizen. AVOID

GoogleI have worked with the Lettings team at Jordan Fishwick for over 10 years now, with them managing numerous properties for me. They have always kept on top of things and kept me informed, and whenever I was unsure they were easy to approach and talk to.

GoogleThis review concerns Jordan Fishwick Hale property sales NOT rentals. JF Hale rentals provided me with excellent service for over 10 years so I entrusted the sale of the house to their property department. They valued the house at £395k for marketing.This seemed low to me so I had an independent valuation done by Jones Surveyors at a cost of £390.00 They valued the house at £430k high to £400k lowest still £5k higher than JF Hale.I instructed JF to market at £430k and the property sold within a week at £427,500.I queried JF’s valuation to be told they often go low to drive the price up(seems strange to me-why not get the price right in the first place)It’s easier to drop the price £2.5k than to drive it up £32.5k IMHO. Communication throughout the sale was largely at my request to find out what was happening. I will not use JF Hale to sell my own property in the near future.

GoogleI don’t usually leave negative reviews, because it’s not nice, but over something as big as selling your home, I really must advise to go elsewhere to sell. The sales team at Macclesfield couldn’t be more disinterested in selling your property. A very indifferent approach to having your property on their books. People will end up contacting you personally to view the property because of the sheer lack of motivation and client care. A very demoralising disheartening and time wasting experience using Macclesfield Jordan Fishwick. It’s left me feeling quite down and despondent Can’t comment on the whole company, but something is very wrong / toxic at the Macclesfield branch. Very ‘can’t be arsed’ attitude and it greatly influences the important sale of your property.

GoogleI am not one for writing reviews unless I feel the service warrants it. Lisa and Chris’s input into the sale of my mother in law’s house has been invaluable. Their professionalism and knowledge have been extremely useful in what could otherwise have been a daunting task. You sometimes wonder whether you need the service of an estate agent when you have the internet but then you realise it is so much more that just advertising a house for sale. I feel extremely grateful that they were there to answer all the questions from the initial input of the house’s value to the completion of its sale. Thank you.

GoogleHaving rented with this agency whilst living in Macclesfield, I was extremely shocked by their approach. This included an annual renewal fee for administration that was over £100, deduction of several hundred pounds from our deposit when we left the property owing to their own failure to remove the plaster from the garden of where the kitchen ceiling plaster fell in, and said ceiling remaining unfixed for 3 months. We kept the property immaculate, and had even paid for a deep clean ourselves on moving out (as we did for every property we rented) and had never had trouble getting a full deposit returned before or after. Having rented with several agencies in this and other areas, I can honestly say they were the only agency I would actively avoid and would certainly not wish our experience with them on anyone else. Thankfully, we learnt our lesson and went on to purchase a property from a far more professional agency without any trouble at all.
