New to the city, coming all the way from Edinburgh to do viewings, got a viewing with J.Fishwick and never got to see the property. Tried calling the agency at least 4 times to get additional information about the viewing and never got a response, once I got to the address after one hour bus drive nobody was there and the address was nowhere to be found...Lost my trip and my time... After having this experience, agent does take the time to call me on my morning train back to Scotland to educate me about me writing a "not so polite" email when asking for information, honestly don't know what is ruder... Very helpful indeed, cultural experience no doubt...Lovely...

The only estate agents to use. Why anyone would choose Brimelows is a mystery to me. Valuations are always realistic at Jordans and the service is consistently good. Harry has managed here for a long time so knows the local market very well.

Maura who was overseeing the house which we were purchasing was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish during the process. She was especially helpful with coordinating the legal process and ensuring that things kept moving along. Without her the process would have been a lot more difficult!

Leaving a review to say thank you for the 5 star service received from Stewart at the Chorlton branch! Myself and partner were kept completely up to date with full transparency throughout our buying process and were really happy with the service provided. The solicitors recommended by Stewart were also brilliant and we didn’t have to keep chasing them to get updates on the process. Overall our buying process was made as easy as possible! Would highly recommend!

Having just worked with the guys at Jordan Fishwick in Chorlton I couldn't rate and recommend them highly enough. The process was slower than I would have liked due to circumstances out of everyone's control but Stewart and the team kept me informed at each stage with emails, and phone calls, pushing the sale through for both myself and the buyer. This would not have happened without them. Would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the assistance from Jordan Fishwick, especially Stewart, who was in the thick of it between purchasers, sellers, solicitors and other estate agents sorting out issues with the chief rent (a nightmare!) and a potential change of moving date. He always made time to discuss things, the phone was answered promptly, very good communication. I would highly recommend.

As first time buyers this whole house buying process can be very daunting, and without proper guidance and advice it can be very scary as well. However, we bought our first property with Jordan Fishwick Chorlton, and I honestly could not imagine doing this whole process again without Maura and her team. We had a particularly difficult time with our solicitors, and Maura was there every step of the way to help us. What information we weren’t getting from our solicitors, she would make up for. She would let us know what to expect next, endlessly call our solicitors, and constantly keep us in the loop about what was going on. Maura was always very professional, would answer emails and phone calls instantly, and we really felt like we were speaking to a friend not a salesperson. I would highly highly recommend using Jordan Fishwick, especially if you are a first time buyer. We will definitely be using Maura and her team when/ if we come to sell this property in the future. Thank you again x

My partner and I just bought our first house through Jordan Fishwick Chorlton. We can't thank Maura Duffy enough for how helpful and supportive she was throughout the entire process, she really went the extra mile in many respects and we'll be forever grateful to her. I must admit I found the whole experience of moving house at 75 quite an experience! Without however the support from Maura and Josh at the Chorlton branch I think I would have gone under. They went the extra mile, Josh helping me with the technology and Maura actually driving me home to collect documents needed by the solicitor on the last minute, the day we were completing! They sold the house within a week and gave me wonderful buyers, who now live in what was my lovely house, whilst I’m in a luxury ground floor flat with a balcony and terrace! Very pleased with the service received.

Perhaps an unusual review - as the buyers we're more likely to take a dim view of the seller's agents - but the team was great - and Maura in particular was absolute gem throughout. She was patient (beyond belief), incredibly helpful, and absolutely could not have gone any further to help us with anything we needed at any point. Thanks to the team at JF we got our dream home despite the challenges of the seller's solicitors - and most of all to Maura!

The best estate agents I've dealt with by far. My seventh house move of my life and quite a complicated one to deal with as it was a separation as well as a double move. A double chain to deal with and us right bang in the middle. Jacqui kept us informed throughout the process and did her up most to push the chains along in both directions and I imagine this was frustrating at best. I went with the New Mills most popular choice of estate agents last time and in comparison, Jordan Fishwick blew them out of the water. Thank you xx

I found the service we received terrible. Communication was infrequent (it took days to receive email replies), unclear and very unfriendly. We had no awareness of what would happen and when, the process was never explained. I had to phone in to understand what was happening, but phone lines were often busy. Mistakes were made on the forms, even though the correct information had been provided. We felt extremely disappointed by the way we were treated. This all caused us significant stress and anxiety.

Terrible experience, not paying invoices sent to them and getting billed them 3 months after moving. Shocking reply’s been nothing but hassle from start to finish. Taking time off work to sort documents that had already been signed and sent back. Also received an email 2 months after moving saying they needed me to sign something I had already done twice then once I had printed off document and signed again I got another email to say it wasn’t needed. Also to add I drove to edinburgh to get this done faster because excuses of the post didn’t arrive.

Without doubt the worst solicitor I have dealt with. Heather is who I dealt with and she was not helpful one bit, it actually sounded like it was a chore to try and help me, I had to do everything, kept chasing her and then 10 days before my mortgage was to renew she told me it’s been pulled. The stress she has caused is mad and I’m pretty positive she won’t bat an eyelid. Pitiful. If you’re using them, ask NOT to deal with Heather.

Working with S&M was a breeze from start to finish. They respond very quickly to any emails, calls etc. They are very comfortable giving advice and handling the situation. The online booking system is amazing it made it so easy for me to manage viewings. Would work with them again for sure - we sold our flat in a week!
