Joan McCauley of Simpson Marwick was very helpful from the start to finish of selling my sister's flat and guided us through some tricky waters when the buyer was intent on gaining a dedicated parking space as well as a flat. The whole process went very smoothly thanks to Joan.

I booked a viewing for a flat, and the agent confirmed the date and time. However, when my friends and I arrived (on time, in the freezing wind), the agent never showed up. We waited for over half an hour with no communication from them. This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable! It's no surprise that the flat has been on the market for over nine months, clearly, the agent's poor service is to blame. I would never consider buying a property through them, and I strongly advise against using them to sell your property if you want results. Avoid this agency at all costs!

Thoughtful and professional service from start to finish. Exceptional marketing brochures. Incredibly friendly yet professional team who were able to provide really practical advice on how to progress a sale which proved invaluable and really got us the best result I think we could have hoped for. Then moving on to their legal team who were equally excellent. Providing clear advice and managing the process clearly and efficiently. Thanks to all.

Having had a bad experience with another estate agents it was such a pleasure to deal with somebody who knew what they were doing. Becky Leech in the macclesfield branch is an absolute wonder woman and without her i would think the whole process would have been very different. She even dealt with stuff that was out of her jurisdiction to keep things running smoothly for us and on may occasions i actually used the comment... I do wonder if Jordan Fishwick realise what an asset to the company she is. Even when i was stressed she seemed to know the right words to say to calm me down. The whole process as stressful as it is was dealt with efficiently, professionally and calmly. Even when Becky wasn't available her colleagues were always on hand to help and often did as and when required. Highly recommend this company if you decide to sell property

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. They will tell you to sign agreements and pay rent and deposits even tho they haven’t had an agreement with the landlord. We was meant to move into a flat on 1/8 everything was signed and agreed the day before however the landlord decided, even tho we passed every check and signed everything and PAID everythng, she wanted a guarentor. This was never stated before hand and even tho I told the agency I more than likely wouldn’t be able to provide one I was still advised to pay and sign as they could talk the landlord round. I was then told at around 4pm the night before my move they the landlord had said no. So contracts signed everything agreed rent paid and they mess you around like that. The company refused to do anything or care about the situation. I had to argue all that night and the next morning for my money back immediately which I still had to wait for. this company just likes to waste your time and money. This was mine and my partners first property together and now are too scared to try again as this experience was awful we’ve lost money for moving vans etc as everything was booked as we was due to get the keys in the morning. No one told me this may not go through as far as I was aware I’d signed not one but 2 tenancy agreements to still be told no.

Jordan Fishwick was fantastic when buying my first home - Josh was so lovely when he showed me round, answered all my questions and really helped. During the process there was sadly a lot of delays (nothing to do with Jordan Fishwick) but Maura constantly kept me updated and worked so hard to fight my corner and get everything sorted for me. As a first time buyer it was a lot of information to process and understand but I couldn't recommend Jordan Fishwick enough for helping me through it they are a great friendly team - thank you!
