As a tenant, we have been consistently ignored around various outstanding issues including basics such as central heating/hot water. We have asked for an escalation point to find a solution and again, no response. Last resort having to post on Trust Pilot. Experience to date, awful.

GoogleKatie couldn’t have been more helpful for us in selling our home. As first time sellers, Katie was supportive and reassuring about everything, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, no message was left unanswered and she worked incredibly hard to get our sale pushed through right at the end. We wouldn’t recommend selling your house with anybody else!

They currently manage a property in Chester for me. However they take their payments in spite of very poor service for me & for my tenant. I have given full details of need to carry out an electrical safety report & replace a faulty cooker but two months later these matters have not been managed . Other problems have not been attended to and as far as I can ascertain the tenant’s request to bring a puppy into the house has not been answered, although I have responded to the agent & asked them to pass my comments to the tenants with a request for more information. The agent is causing me needless anxiety & the delay is most unhelpful for the tenant. Today I have made more than four attempts to reach the management team but they are “attending to other customers!” As they were days ago when I yet again tried to find out what they had put in place. Avoid this firm if you value your tenants & business.

They also managed all viewings on our behalf. Would definitely recommend and certainly use them again. Amazing from start to finish thank you!

Dan did the initial viewing for me , he was on time , very friendly and professional, had all the answers to any questions I had . Katie, whenever I had communication with her always got back in touch with me, if left a message . I would definitely recommend them , due to their expertise, knowledge on local area and how well they communicated with me . It’s been a pleasure to meet you both .

GoogleWe didn't use Jordan and Halstead ( I really wish we had) but our sellers did. We had a tough situation with our buyers buyers and if it wasn't for Katie, i don't know what we would of done. Katie kept us updated every week without fail and if i rang, i got through 99.9% of the time or she'd would ring me straight back. Even was the first person to congratulate us on our exchange. We highly recommend Jordan and Halstead, a really great team.

As I am not in the UK she has managed everything from decorating quotes, gas and electrical certificates and even a gardner to ensure property is ship shape and up to high standard for the new tenants. She has taken calls out of office hours ( due to time difference) weekends and when she’s been on leave. Katie has gone above and beyond and restored my faith in letting agents, I know my property is in safe hands with Katie. I would highly recommend Katie and Umbrella!

GoogleWe're truly grateful to Dan and the team at Umbrella Homes! After using other Estate Agents in Middlewich trying to sell our home on two previous occasions, we were dreading the process once again but desperately wanted a larger space. Along came Umbrella Homes, what a absolute breath of fresh air for Middlewich and the surrounding areas. Dan and his team were extremely knowledgeable of Middlewich and the market. Communication was just incredible, the honesty and integrity was much appreciated, and the photos and listing was just superb. Dan also had the patience of a saint when it came to dealing with our new house builders. If you're selling your home locally we'd only recommend and use Umbrella Homes in the future.
