Google5 stars all round! We made our rental with Alexandra, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She answered all our questions and was incredibly kind whenever we spoke to her. The property was excellent and we were thoroughly impressed.

GoogleI put my house on the market with Jordan & Halstead estate agents and had 8 viewings in the first two days. I was made an offer in under a week which I accepted.Rita was absolutely wonderful, she kept me fully updated throughout the whole process and I move into my new home next week. Be aware you might not get your deposit back ! Cowboy estate agents ! This estate agency / letting management firm was all good initially in letting the property. But when you vacate property communication is zero . I was told to vacate property 5 days prior to my tenancy ending . I was advised the the inspector would attend at 2pm and I waiting in to ensure a smooth transition. The property was cleaned to an immaculate standard. No one turned up and a report came in stating additional cleaning required and faults which I proved were on original inventory. No communication and clearly just trying to retain deposit.

They have the worst management I've ever seen. As a tenant, I asked them to fix the water pipe because we had no water in the house, but they said they would come the next day and the next day they said they would come two days later as a joke. Think about whether someone can stay at home for four days without any water. It's a shame for your company

GooglePippa has gone above and beyond any normal expectations throughout the whole process. We had quite a difficult house move and Pippa was always on hand providing excellent communication often out of normal working hours to all parties and doing everything she could to make the process easy for us all. If o could give this company zero stars I would! What a greedy, unhelpful ride company to deal with! Because of their slow responses on absolutely everything o lost thousands of pounds due to waiting for a fire risk assessment to be done which was promised to me daily but never materialised , all checks out of date , and my buyer was sick of waiting so had to drop the price , they’ve caused me unbelievable stress and anxiety to the point of making me ill , I’m going to take this further as I’ve lost so much money . Avoid if you value your sanity !

GoogleI changed to JH after a difficult time with a previous estate agent. The team did a great video and better pictures and the house sold very quickly. Katie was amazing, the selling process was longer than expected due to the buyers situation, but Katie and Dan were just great. Keeping me up to date and chasing the buyers to address their situation. Great team, great people, great.service

GoogleFrom the start Dan and his team have been super helpful, liaised tirelessly between ourselves and the vendors, not once did I feel my questions or questions being asked of me were too much trouble, our sale finally went through just before xmas. To sum up the team they are friendly, approachable and efficient, thanks again for all your help 🙏. We will hopefully in the near future be involved with the lettings side too.

GoogleI Had Anthony Leach from Jordan Halstead dealing with a Property I was Buying from them. Unfortunately due to complications on my side it fell through at the last minute. Anthony was amazing throughout the Process, constantly working to try and to get it over the line for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is such a great Guy to deal with and nothing was too much Trouble.

She was knowledgeable, replied to any queries in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend buying a home through them and if get to work with Rita you will be very lucky.
