Phenomenal service from start to finish. I instructed Jordan and Halstead Middlewich to sell my home. As someone who had never sold a property before they supported me each step of the way, made everything easy to understand and kept me updated on feedback from viewings. Once I had accepted an offer on my home Layla kept each party up to date, ensured any bumps we had down the line were addressed and resolved. Even when we had delays on our onward purchase she was fantastic and keeping everyone in the loop. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jordan and Halstead anymore. Layla is amazing and an asset to the business.

I recently moved out of an apartment there trying there best not to give me my deposit back or money from electric meter that goes to landlord .best thing about it is there trying to bill me for state flat was in when i moved in .in october last year .very incompetent at dealing with things after you move out .its like they have no intention of giving you your money back im owed over £900 its been going on over a month now i will never let a property from these again .disgusting property management 👎👎👎👎👎

We bought our new home through Jordan and Halstead. The ladies in the office are all lovely to talk to but I mainly dealt with Emma. I have had regular updates, reassurance and just nice conversations all the way through. The one time I was a little worried, I knew Emma had things in hand and she sorted it prior to going on leave. I would certainly recommend using J&H as well as the solicitor they recommended to us. Everything on our side was smooth sailing because of J&H and the solicitor being so on top of things. Way less stressful an experience than expected. I will certainly use them to sell when we want to move. Great staff and great service! If only everyone was as nice to deal with and helpful. Thank you ladies.

Dan was a very good sales man telling us how he would be selling our house. He gave us complete confidence in him and really went out of his way to help us put our home on the market. We were initially very impressed with Dan, and maybe if Dan had been the one actually selling our house, we would not be writing a one star review now. Unfortunately he passed the sale on to his new assistant and completely stopped communicating with us, causing undue stress. We were told we could message him anytime, but everytime we did he never replied and just passed it on to his assistant. We were never told of any background with regards to the people who were viewing our home. And she even showed a person around our home who we didn't even know had a viewing booked. Luckily we had our cameras or we would have been none the wiser! Also the few people that did show up, were shown in through the back gate, because his assistant couldn't figure out how to open our front door! Really terrible service, with no communication and made to feel like an after thought. Really would not recommend this estate agency at all.

We didn't use Jordan and Halstead ( I really wish we had) but our sellers did. We had a tough situation with our buyers buyers and if it wasn't for Katie, i don't know what we would of done. Katie kept us updated every week without fail and if i rang, i got through 99.9% of the time or she'd would ring me straight back. Even was the first person to congratulate us on our exchange. Serious Management Shortcomings, Landlord Beware

My mother has been a landlord using Jordan & Halstead for several years, and her experience over the last tenancy was extremely disappointing. Communication from the agency was poor and often delayed, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Requests that should have been actioned promptly, such as serving notice and following up on tenant issues, were repeatedly mishandled, requiring my mother and family members to intervene personally.

I am extremely grateful for Katie at Umbrella, she has handled the letting of my property with the utmost professionalism, removing all the stress of letting a property. As I am not in the UK she has managed everything from decorating quotes, gas and electrical certificates and even a gardner to ensure property is ship shape and up to high standard for the new tenants. She has taken calls out of office hours ( due to time difference) weekends and when she’s been on leave. Katie has gone above and beyond and restored my faith in letting agents, I know my property is in safe hands with Katie. I would highly recommend Katie and Umbrella!

After using other Estate Agents in Middlewich trying to sell our home on two previous occasions, we were dreading the process once again but desperately wanted a larger space. Along came Umbrella Homes, what a absolute breath of fresh air for Middlewich and the surrounding areas. Dan and his team were extremely knowledgeable of Middlewich and the market. Communication was just incredible, the honesty and integrity was much appreciated, and the photos and listing was just superb. I cannot rate Umbrella Homes enough. From start to finish Dan and Katie have been excellent, being my first purchase it is a very intimidating experience but going with Umbrella homes everything ran smoothly with solicitors and mortgage advisors being offered under one “umbrella”. Dan has been so patient, despite things taking a while on my behalf, he never rushed me. He also he helped explain the process to me as a first time buyer in a simple way- which is very rare !! I actually cant believe we got here and if it wasn't for Dan I don't think we would have. After putting my house on the market in January and having a few chain collapses I was giving up hope but today we have exchanged and completing tomorrow. Dan has been amazing, kind and supportive and even posted chocolate through my letterbox when I was having a meltdown. Having previously dealt with other estate agents in the area I can honestly say you will not find anybody better than him to deal with. I can’t recommend Umbrella Homes enough - the experience has been second to none! Dan managed our sale and was excellent from start to finish. The marketing material was great and our house was sold within a week of him first coming out to take photos and video. Dan was there every step of the way, answering any questions and making sure we were up to date throughout and also ensuring everyone else in the process had what they needed and knew what was happening. The developer we were buying our new home from said he was so great to deal with and extremely helpful - a welcome change from the usual estate agents they have to deal with. Worst Organization I have were seen. Since last 1year their was a change in the Maintenance department, which is been handled by "wgestateagents" they never pick your calls and if you raise a ticket No response at all for months together. When you raise a ticket not even an acknowledgment that you have raised a ticket very worst management. Try to avoid this company else you will entering into hell lot of issues with them.
