Dan did the initial viewing for me , he was on time , very friendly and professional, had all the answers to any questions I had . Katie, whenever I had communication with her always got back in touch with me, if left a message . I would definitely recommend them , due to their expertise, knowledge on local area and how well they communicated with me . It’s been a pleasure to meet you both .

GoogleCOULDNT GET A BETTER ESTATE AGENTS IF YOU TRIED !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ our house purchase has been the purchase from hell for many unforeseen setbacks from the sellers side and Dan from Jordan & Halstead has been right there with us every step of the way trying his absolute best to sort out every situation thrown our way, many of them including him working overtime and out of hours or just being an absolute trooper without us even having to mention anything to him he would already be neck deep trying to sort things for us !! We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done during our purchase process and We cannot recommend Jordan & Halstead enough !! If I could give them more than a 5 star rating I definitely would x

She helped and guided me into the correct direction all the way through. Highly professional, extremely polite and exceptionally friendly. Talking about Dan. What a great guy. Very approachable friendly and professional. He kept the conversation sweet crisp and too the point. He never oversold me the property which made me more interested in the property. Having decided the time is right to sell our portfolio or rental properties we wanted an estate agent who would not only provide a great service to us, but who would also be considerate to the needs of our long standing tenants. Couldn’t have asked for more! 3 properties sold in the last 3 months, hoping for the same success with the next 3 just listed!! GoogleOh my goodness what a whirlwind experience, Katie you were my saviour from beginning to end in this incredible adventure with only 4 weeks from viewing to completion . Managing a purchase from overseas could have been the nightmare I was expecting and instead Katie took me under her Umbrella and guided me step by step anticipating my every question, worry or eventual complexity that I might come up against. GoogleWhat can I say about Umbrella Homes, they were fantastic from day one with initial contact. Dan took all the stress out of selling our home, he work around us when it came to photos, highly valued our input for the sale brochure and made the day of viewings feel like a normal day with updates on how it was going. Even after we gave instruction and an offer was accepted Dan had us in his mind through all aspects up to and beyond completion day. Yes you might see big names about more but the finesse and personalisation an independent firm like Umbrella Homes can gives is far superior. If we were to ever move again I would give them a call in an instant, and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

GoogleDan handled the sale of my property and achieved a good price for it very promptly. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the photos and video used for advertising it. He kept in regular contact to help me through the process as I'd not been through a sale before. The service was very personable which is something you don't get everywhere and that I value. Would definitely use him again

Used this company for full management service on a rental property - allowed tenant to use property as HMO and despite checks on property did not notice this or inform me. Failed to take correct deposit from tenant leaving me with a huge bill to make house habitable again. Taken to the property ombudsman and fined for being negligent. Would not recommend them at all

As a tenant, we have been consistently ignored around various outstanding issues including basics such as central heating/hot water. We have asked for an escalation point to find a solution and again, no response. Last resort having to post on Trust Pilot. Experience to date, awful.
