GoogleI actually cant believe we got here and if it wasn't for Dan I don't think we would have. After putting my house on the market in January and having a few chain collapses I was giving up hope but today we have exchanged and completing tomorrow. Dan has been amazing, kind and supportive and even posted chocolate through my letterbox when I was having a meltdown. Having previously dealt with other estate agents in the area I can honestly say you will not find anybody better than him to deal with. He started off as our estate agent but I know I now have another friend. I couldn't ask for better service. Definitely the best Estate Agent in Middlewich xx

GoogleSpoke with Dan initially regarding a property in Middlewich, he quickly put me in contact with Katie who has been so helpful throughout the whole process. We encountered a few hurdles along the way (me being self employed) and Katie was nothing but patient, worked with me and kept me updated every step of the way. GoogleMy wife and I had Dan from Umbrella Homes come round when he was still fairly new on the scene. We have to say that from the first minute he stepped foot into our house he made it known how passionate he was about his work and it has shown with the handling of our sale. No matter the query or issue; day, night or weekend, Dan and his team at Umbrella were there to help us every step along the way. For anyone who is thinking about selling their home we cannot recommend them enough. Well done Dan and the Umbrella team.

GoogleDan was a very good sales man telling us how he would be selling our house. He gave us complete confidence in him and really went out of his way to help us put our home on the market. We were initially very impressed with Dan, and maybe if Dan had been the one actually selling our house, we would not be writing a one star review now. Unfortunately he passed the sale on to his new assistant and completely stopped communicating with us, causing undue stress. We were told we could message him anytime, but everytime we did he never replied and just passed it on to his assistant. We were never told of any background with regards to the people who were viewing our home. And she even showed a person around our home who we didn't even know had a viewing booked. Luckily we had our cameras or we would have been none the wiser! Also the few people that did show up, were shown in through the back gate, because his assistant couldn't figure out how to open our front door! Really terrible service, with no communication and made to feel like an after thought. Really would not recommend this estate agency at all.

Hello Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for my company. I am surprised and disappointed that you feel as though you were let down by our service but I do find your comments very hard to follow, if you were unhappy at any point you had my personal number, you should have just called me.... this is the first time I’ve heard about your dissatisfaction and to express this via a Google review is unjust, it wasn’t long ago that you were praising us? As a rapidly expanding agency, I as the owner of the business cannot always be at the forefront of every home we advertise I do have staff that do an excellent job here. In terms of the access arrangements you only provided us with a rear door key, so I’m unsure as to how you would expect us to show a client through the front door? Further, as your home was a shared ownership, we ensured diligently that each and every party was eligible for the shared ownership scheme, and you and your wife were informed of your viewing appointments as we were aware you made a conscious effort to tidy and clean ahead of each viewing so we would never just turn up. I’m not sure if the viewer you say turned up unannounced was a mis-communication between you and your wife? I too want to defend our position and highlight that we actually had two separate offers on your property at the full asking price with two separate clients who were in the process of applying with Heylo to buy your property with our assistance - these two clients were booked in, reviewed, showed around and negotiated with my very valued staff member, so please don’t imply that she is inexperienced. We were then taken aback despite this, by you wanting to take your property off the market as it was in your words “far too stressful” and you needed to sell another property which happened to be in a long chain with your online based estate agent, in conjunction to acquire another property. We understand that we cannot and will not please everybody despite our best efforts as highlighted above in my response. GoogleDan handled the sale of my property and achieved a good price for it very promptly. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the photos and video used for advertising it. He kept in regular contact to help me through the process as I'd not been through a sale before. The service was very personable which is something you don't get everywhere and that I value. Would definitely use him again

GoogleCOULDNT GET A BETTER ESTATE AGENTS IF YOU TRIED !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ our house purchase has been the purchase from hell for many unforeseen setbacks from the sellers side and Dan from Jordan & Halstead has been right there with us every step of the way trying his absolute best to sort out every situation thrown our way, many of them including him working overtime and out of hours or just being an absolute trooper without us even having to mention anything to him he would already be neck deep trying to sort things for us !! We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done during our purchase process and We cannot recommend Jordan & Halstead enough !! If I could give them more than a 5 star rating I definitely would x

GoogleOh my goodness what a whirlwind experience, Katie you were my saviour from beginning to end in this incredible adventure with only 4 weeks from viewing to completion . Managing a purchase from overseas could have been the nightmare I was expecting and instead Katie took me under her Umbrella and guided me step by step anticipating my every question, worry or eventual complexity that I might come up against. An incredible professional, proactive and understanding person. My forever thanks for everything Katie, you were over and above every step of the way.

GoogleHave had nothing but a personal and professional service from Dan & Katie over the last few months. Having decided the time is right to sell our portfolio or rental properties we wanted an estate agent who would not only provide a great service to us, but who would also be considerate to the needs of our long standing tenants. Couldn’t have asked for more! 3 properties sold in the last 3 months, hoping for the same success with the next 3 just listed!! We’ve dealt with a lots of estate agents over the years but I wouldn’t choose anyone else now! Cheers guys

GoogleI cannot rate Umbrella Homes enough. From start to finish Dan and Katie have been excellent, being my first purchase it is a very intimidating experience but going with Umbrella homes everything ran smoothly with solicitors and mortgage advisors being offered under one “umbrella”. Dan has been so patient, despite things taking a while on my behalf, he never rushed me. He also he helped explain the process to me as a first time buyer in a simple way- which is very rare !! It has really been a great experience . I am so lucky to have come across Umbrella Homes! Thank you Dan and Katie !!

GoogleKatie and Dan at the Middlewich J&H office were absolutely amazing from start to finish while buying our new house. They really did go above and beyond and were so accommodating with our needs. Communication was great and they kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process. Any questions we had were no trouble at all and they responded very quickly. Would highly recommend J&H at Middlewich.
