Wonderful service from a delightful team. Anthony and his colleagues sold our Wilmslow home quickly and efficiently, and most importantly kept us very well informed all along the way. Special thanks for going to the trouble of taking extra photographs, and the super video, as undoubtedly these helped our property stand out and look its best. Our personal opinion is going the extra mile with the camera work, lovely people skills with us and the buyers, plus a wonderful attitude of ‘nothing is too much trouble’ differentiated this agent from the competition. I've had a great experience so far with Jordan & Halstead specifically Sophie who I liased with before my viewing, showed me round the apartment and assisted me through the application period. She was kind, patient, flexible, available and knowledgeable an overall lovely person who is a credit to Jordan & Halstead. When Sophie couldn't assist me she was still helpful and referred me to the right people that could help me. Gemma was one of these people who was also, gratefully, kind, professional and worked very timely. I have had very few issues so far with the property and the issues I have had have been fixed promptly and to a high standard. No problems with this Estate Agents so far and would recommend. I'll try and leave a review when my contract come to an end in the future to reflect on that experience too.

Serious Management Shortcomings, Landlord Beware

My mother has been a landlord using Jordan & Halstead for several years, and her experience over the last tenancy was extremely disappointing. Communication from the agency was poor and often delayed, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Requests that should have been actioned promptly, such as serving notice and following up on tenant issues, were repeatedly mishandled, requiring my mother and family members to intervene personally.

Having had little experience of Estate agents for many years I did my research and Jordan & Halstead was one of three I approached for the sale of my late father's house. Cameron was courteous from the start , knowledgeable of the local area and understanding of the wrench of selling our family home of over 50 years. Given the circumstances I wanted to choose a smaller estate agent who offered a more personal touch and i believe he delivered in achieving that. Silly as it may seen i haven't forgotten how he took off his shoes before entering the house and that to me was a sign of someone who would be respectful and courteous in his dealings with me. That proved to be true. Both Cameron and Sue were friendly but professional and showed empathy for the difficult circumstances of the sale which we very much appreciated. Despite to the long probate process which presented a few challenges with the sale and also in turbulent times Cameron consistently kept me updated, chased solicitors etc for us and responded personally and promptly to emails and enquiries. I can highly recommend him and Sue for their professionalism, and friendly not pushy, personal approach and hope they thrive in the Wilmslow area.

Worst Organization I have were seen. Since last 1year their was a change in the Maintenance department, which is been handled by "wgestateagents" they never pick your calls and if you raise a ticket No response at all for months together. When you raise a ticket not even an acknowledgment that you have raised a ticket very worst management. Try to avoid this company else you will entering into hell lot of issues with them.

I can highly recommend Cameron Lukas and his colleagues at the Wilmslow branch of Jordan & Halstead. Cameron is helpful, professional and very thorough in all aspects of his work. Not very transparent

Not very transparent. You raise a concern - and no one can provide you with a manager contact and no one gets back and when one does , does not follow it through or provide an update. They do not like putting anything in writing. Customer service is poor even breaching element of GDPR and if you are a tenant threaten you with homelessness and talked over by the member of the team that threatened you in the first place. Even though there is lack of engagement and communication on their part there is no one to escalate and they still will not provide the directors email. Really appalling service. Just causing unnecessary distress and upset.
