We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home. From start to finish, Rita went absolutely above and beyond to get everything over the line. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole process so much smoother than we ever expected. Rita was always one step ahead, chasing things up, keeping us updated, and doing everything possible to make sure the sale went through. She’s honestly the most amazing person to deal with, and we can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. If you’re thinking about selling, we couldn’t recommend Rita and the team highly enough. She’s a true credit to the profession!

Wonderful service from a delightful team. Anthony and his colleagues sold our Wilmslow home quickly and efficiently, and most importantly kept us very well informed all along the way. Special thanks for going to the trouble of taking extra photographs, and the super video, as undoubtedly these helped our property stand out and look its best. Our personal opinion is going the extra mile with the camera work, lovely people skills with us and the buyers, plus a wonderful attitude of ‘nothing is too much trouble’ differentiated this agent from the competition. They have a very lovely way of doing things. Many many thanks indeed S&K

Phenomenal service from start to finish. I instructed Jordan and Halstead Middlewich to sell my home. As someone who had never sold a property before they supported me each step of the way, made everything easy to understand and kept me updated on feedback from viewings. Once I had accepted an offer on my home Layla kept each party up to date, ensured any bumps we had down the line were addressed and resolved. Even when we had delays on our onward purchase she was fantastic and keeping everyone in the loop. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jordan and Halstead anymore. Layla is amazing and an asset to the business.

The girls at Middlewich were pleasant, attentive, informative, and very helpful. They helped us out a lot during, and after we sold our property, and also helped us out with our onward purchase to the Isle of Man. They themselves were worth 5 stars Well done 👍❤️. Mike and Julie

Highly recommend this Estate Agents based in the heart of Middlewich town centre. Throughout the sale of our little cottage opposite the canal, all the fantastic staff at this branch were extremely helpful in handling all aspects of the sale, between myself and all the parties involved, the communication was amazing.

I was selling a house in Wilmslow from overseas. The first buyer backed out and Anthony Leach was extremely professional and helpful to do everything to get us another buyer and also to coax the deal to completion as quickly as possible. The rest of the team was also great. I would definitely use them again if I was selling.

We bought our new home through Jordan and Halstead. The ladies in the office are all lovely to talk to but I mainly dealt with Emma. I have had regular updates, reassurance and just nice conversations all the way through. The one time I was a little worried, I knew Emma had things in hand and she sorted it prior to going on leave. I would certainly recommend using J&H as well as the solicitor they recommended to us. Everything on our side was smooth sailing because of J&H and the solicitor being so on top of things. Way less stressful an experience than expected. I will certainly use them to sell when we want to move. Great staff and great service! If only everyone was as nice to deal with and helpful. Thank you ladies.

Hi Pippa, Layla, and Emma, I just wanted to take a moment, on behalf of myself and Simon, to express our heartfelt thanks for all the effort you put into getting our two properties marketed and sold subject to contract in just a matter of weeks. The team at Jordan & Halstead has been outstanding in every way, from the photography and viewings to keeping us fully updated throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service you’ve provided. The sale and purchase of our new property were far from straightforward, but the team at Middlewich J&H was incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we received regular updates via email and phone calls, making the entire process as smooth as possible. We’ve now moved into our new home, and the team has continued to check in and offer support with any questions we have. We couldn’t recommend Jordan & Halstead enough and will certainly reach out again should we decide to move in the future. Thank you once again for all of your hard work! Best regards, Immogen
