I would be happy to recommend Dibbens of Stubbington. They made a stressful situation much easier to get through with calm, sound advice. I believe they know the local market very well and felt I could trust their advice. Plus, they are nice people. Thanks to all the Dibbens team!

Excellent service received from James and the team at Dibbens. James suggested a sensible guide price for the house we were selling in Stubbington, and provided very helpful advice on the offers received. We were kept informed at all times and Dibbens made the selling process straight forward.

Brilliant service from James and the team. They made a potentially difficult process as easy as it can be, and gave honest and straightforward advice. They were also very helpful in arranging people to come in and undertake work on the house or further surveys in response to requests from the buyers, which kept the sale together and moving. As we were selling my father’s house and do not live in Stubbington, it was great to have confidence in the agents as they arranged these services. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Wish I had seen the reviews before buying the house. I have had really bad experience with this estate agent. They are not very good at replying to emails or unavailable when I try to give them a call back. I have given up. I just want the process to end(at this point I am thinking of pulling out). Only two people that seems like they know what they are doing are Jack and Michael who are very good. I will review again if I see any improvement.

Very good communication. The after sales service they gave especially by Lauren helped to secure my sell, she worked really hard to keep the communication going down the chain which was a very long process and had many problems, it was very stressfull for me but Lauren took some of that stress away. I would highly reccommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. A buyer was found quickly at the asking price. James and Lauren worked hard to keep the chain running after I had to pull out of a purchase. Communication always good too.

For some reason my defunct google account name has gone on this review heading. I am actually Mike Browning and I am very happy to report that the assistance given by Lauren and others at Dibbens was absolutely outstanding. The sale of my Mother's bungalow was needed as she had recently passed away but the skill and sensitivity with which the sale was handled helped me no end at a difficult time. The bungalow was viewed seemingly within minutes of it going on the market and the subsequent sale was almost as speedy. Thank you to a great team.

If you are thinking of using an estate agent in the Gosport area then this is the one to use for sure. Mark is very knowledgeable about all property in this area, to get you on the market. Once passed on to Michelle and the team then OMG !! you will be looked after as if you were one of her own family. Had the branch manager out to do a valuation. I am not impressed. Whilst he clearly knows lots about selling and estate agency he also seems to be a bit of a gossip. I certainly didn't expect to hear the names of my opposite neighbours or the previous owners given to me nor did I expect my specific move details to be passed on to all the office staff. No doubt there is an appointment book but surely estate agents have some sort of confidentiality policy- not this one it seems. Valuation letter never arrived until I complained as they had put an actual space in the email rather than the word. Thought even 5 year olds know that you can't have a physical space in an email address! I certainly won't ever sell or buy with this agent. No idea how they justify their substantial fees either. The service was never mentioned so guess they either think its brilliant or just don't care.

We obviously assumed that you would know the name of the person who sold the house to you, so we did not feel that this was sensitive information. We have always paid particular attention to data protection issues - we can see absolutely no risk that your data has been used incorrectly. You have put your name on Google so I feel comfortable responding to your open post. It is rare for my staff to make 'human errors', but I apologise again for the mistake in your email address. As we provided you with a free valuation and follow up letter, I can't make a refund as a gesture of goodwill, but I do know that you now have the letter and benefit of our experience to be used freely as you wish. Our fees are extremely competitive, so if you do change your mind about using us I will gladly explain our service to you. I wish you well for the future.
