Used Jeffries to sell my Dad's house. Extremely competitive pricing. Friendly, honest and a first class service. Communicated with us throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend, and will use them again to purchase property in the area.

All the staff have been excellent whilst the sale of my mother’s estate was was all going through. Many potential buyers were taken to the house to view it and we were kept informed at all times of viewings and comments from them. We were contacted on a weekly basis via email and telephone with updates for planned visits and revisits and reviews from the perspective viewers. The whole process of selling the property was made so easy and stress free because of the professional manner in which all members of Staff at Jefferies of Havant dealt with all procedures towards the sale of the house. We have completed the sale of our property today. Sold with Jeffries. We are a separated couple but still get on well. Jeffries made sure that they contacted us both and kept us up to date with viewings, feedback etc. Rob and his team have kept in contact to make sure that we were kept up to date with solicitor info. As we did Rob. Great team, professional and friendly. Will 100% recommend. (And trust me, I've dealt with some rubbish agents before.)

I chose Jeffries to sell my dad’s home having met with 5 different agents. Even though Rob suggested the lowest asking price, he came across with the most credibility and track record in the local area. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, including the support to viewings, information on the chain, the link with the solicitors and the fact that I was dealing with it from 250 miles away. As it turned out, we sold at a price which was higher than had first been suggested. We were selling as dad had moved into a care home; Rob was empathetic to this situation and genuinely interested in getting a good outcome for dad.PositiveProfessionalism

Great, great guys!! From start to finish, Rio was great at keeping us posted, valuing our house at the correct price for an extremely quick sale as we put our house on the market Tuesday & we had sold by the weekend!! James was amazing for all the viewings he allowed me on our purchase smiling through my constant badgering & daily phone calls 🙈. And Rob is a pleasure to speak to regarding any of the questions we have had and for constantly keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process dealing with behind the scenes work. I would like to say this is the best estate agent I have ever used and Rob Jones was so lovely and helpful and understanding! We had a lot of stress with this move one thing and another but he helped in every way he could. James and Rio also in the office very friendly and can't fault any of them at all. Vey happy with the way they handled the marketing and sale of our property. I would not hesitate to use them again but I don't think I will be moving again I have recommended my family and friends to market their property with Jeffries. Really good agents. Would use them and one other in the village and the other, which everyone seems to use has and is trying to scupper my sale it is a long chain but in this market cannot be helped. Watch this space. confirmation today the agents in burgundy are trying there best to scupper my purchase. Do not use them >@=wicks!!!!
