GoogleI would like to thank the whole team at Jeffries and Dibbens gosport for all their help and support in selling my home. The process went smoothly from start to completion and every member of the team were very helpful. I was kept informed throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I was always greeted with a smile and friendly voice. Michelle and the team were polite, efficient and very professional. I would definitely recommend. Well done to you all!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Jeffries and Dibbens. The process was very protracted due to unforeseen circumstances which were completely out of theirs and our control. Our property was previously being marketed through a more corporate agents but we were very unhappy with their style of selling and feeling very pressured. We decided that we would prefer to market through an agent who would be more client focused and who offered a more personal, relaxed but professional approach. It was clear from our first meeting with Ashley that he was very knowledgeable about the local area, very professional, calm and caring. We knew that we would be in safe hands. These attributes were most certainly needed as the process went on! Ashley and his team were always on hand to answer any questions or offer support when the going got tough and were always calm and cheerful which we really appreciated. Moving house is very stressful but the process can be made less so by one’s choice of estate agent. This is why we recommend Jeffries and Dibbens. Thank you to Ashley and your wonderful team. 🙂

GoogleJeffries & Dibbens offered a sterling service from the get-go. Following a prompt response to my online valuation enquiry, James came out to see me and clearly explained how they operate and what I could expect from the process. One of the things that really stood out to me was the team approach. Every member of staff is kept up to date with every active sale, so whoever you speak to is able to help, rather than everything relying on one individual ‘account manager’. Their sales commissions are also shared amongst the whole team, which I really liked. Throughout the whole process they have been incredibly proactive, keeping me updated as soon as anything happened and dealing with all of the chasing through the chain on my behalf. On the rare occasions I did need to contact them myself, they were always extremely easy to get hold of. They took so much of the stress out of the process and made the whole experience feel remarkably seamless from my side. A special mention to Becky and Louise, who took all of the beautiful photographs and floorplan measurements, and to Fionna, who handled so much of the customer-facing aftercare towards the end of the sale, although I know there are plenty of other members of the team working hard behind the scenes too. I’ve been genuinely impressed with the service I’ve received from start to finish. Their fee was very reasonable for the level of service provided and, having now experienced the way they work, I would exclusively recommend Jeffries & Dibbens to anyone looking to sell their home. What a great team. Thank you to everyone at J&D for making what could have been a very stressful process such a smooth and seamless experience.

GoogleWe couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jeffries and, in particular, Harry and Elliot. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic, professional, friendly, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They kept us informed throughout, were always on hand when we had questions, and made us feel like we were in safe hands. A special mention also has to go to the photography. The photos of our home were absolutely amazing and really showcased the property at its best. The quality and attention to detail made such a difference. Harry and Elliot are a real credit to the team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. GoogleJeffries were very patient and kind when dealing with my enquiries and purchase. A special thanks is needed for Rio though for dealing with all of my emails and calls. It was a stressful situation due to alot of factors being out of our hands but thankfully you were always able to help or support. GoogleHarry and his team would ring me on a regular basis to keep me informed about clients, viewing etc. Once they found a buyer, they kept in close contact regarding the sale. They saved me a lot of time by giving me a list of solicitors, so I could google which company I wanted to work with ref. contracts. Harry sorted out a couple of problems as I was abroad. Overall an excellent service and I highly recommend them.
