I would highly recommend Jeffries & Dibbens Waterlooville - TBH I really can't praise Team Jeffries in Waterlooville high enough!!!! I have had to sell my property in Waterlooville remotely from another country following the death of my partner. Selling a property is hard and stressful enough in “normal circumstances” however having been through hell and back and then having to sell the house and being unable to get back to the UK to sort this out could have been a nightmare! I had used Jeffries many years ago to rent out a property, so going to them was my first point of call, and glad I did!!!! All of the team have been kind, professional, supportive and bent over backwards to assist me in selling my property. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the team they have supported and advised me throughout the process, friendly and so helpful. From assisting to getting the property market ready following the tenant having to move out to helping me with finding a solicitor. They always kept me informed about progress, and their appointment notification, confirmation and feedback is excellent. I have been highly impressed with the excellent service throughout the whole process. My thanks go to all of the team there at Waterlooville, however Gary, Claire, Rio and Jessica were my main points of contact, Thank you ALL so very much for your for all your assistance. As you can see I’m very impressed and grateful and I thoroughly recommend them.

Would highly recommend the whole team at Jeffries & Dibbens. We have had a testing time of it from when we first started viewing to collecting the keys and I have to say this team go above and beyond to help you in the buying process. We felt they really wanted to help compared to other agents out there, I wouldn't want to find a house with anyone else. If we sell in the future I know who to instruct! Really disappointed. Survey received from surveyors On Gloucester Road, they devalued it by £25k. Everything was wrong with it but Jeffries advised house was worth the selling price and our surveyor through the bank was wrong and another surveyor would value it differently. My mortgage was rejected as property to much of a risk. House straight back on market and even had a email sent though To me of property’s that might interest you with the house on it. I hope they are honest with new potential buyers on the property although it’s Gone back up for sale £30k more than valued price. I dislike leaving negative feedback but clearly Jeffries are concerned more about the money and letting people buy an over priced house.NegativeProfessionalism

We had four valuations which varied wildly. Of them all, Jeffries supplied the most realistic justification for the value based on similar houses so we went with them. Our house then sold to dream buyers for the asking price on the first viewing. I'd like to think we were just lucky (though obviously there is the nagging thought that we should have asked for more). The sale went through without a hitch, so Jefferies didn't really have much to do, but I can't fault what they did.

Great experience with Jeffries and Dibbens in Waterlooville.
