They dealt with the sale of our family home and the purchase of our new forever home with the upmost professionalism and efficiency. Brilliant agents! In the last year and a half they have sold 3 houses, two rentals and our main residence. Baring in mind these houses were also multi agency but J&D sold all of them. The staff are all extremely helpful, excellent communication both with updates and feedback, reliable and trustworthy. Theres nothing worse than being pestered and pressured like other agents, you will not get this here. I would always use them and highly recommend to others. Ash, Ben, Michelle, Nicole, Francesca and anyone I have missed you do a great job!! Michelle has been our main point of contact throughout. She is calm, friendly, excellent communication. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Jeffries & Dibbens Gosport from start to finish. From the initial enquiry, listing and photography and video walkthrough of the house, arranging viewings, and right through the sales process, the support was excellent. As we moved closer to exchange and things became a bit more challenging, the whole team really stepped up. A special mention to Michelle and Louise, who remained professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, with regular updates and a real effort to keep the entire chain moving. We felt supported right up to exchange and completion, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. My husband and I viewed a property from another branch of Jeffries and Dibbens and had our offer accepted - if we could get a buyer for our house within a week! Along came Matt and we had a buyer at the full asking price within days. Unfortunately, our buyer was with another estate agent and I understand that it was not until they switched to Jeffries and Dibbens, Gosport that they were able to complete their own sale to a different purchaser. The telephone was always answered when I rang, and Michelle or Ashley regularly called with updates. Michelle was tenacious - liaising with everyone in the chain and chasing solicitors when necessary. It took over eight months but with support from Jeffries and Dibbens the chain held firm. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We asked Jeffries & Dibbens to sell our flat maybe two years ago. At this time the market was volatile and we had pull out after pull out. It was a very stressful time. However, like the captain of a ship Ashley kept on course and we finally made it to port under his guidance, I must also congratulate his team, Michelle, Nichole and Dan, who did a sterling job. We were selling my elderly Dads house and chose Dibbens to sell his property for him. We couldn't of ask for a better agent, all viewings were accompanied and agents wore all the required PPE at all times, they even made sure that my Dad was OK for us on every visit. In many cases the agent was getting there early to have a chat with him to explain what was happening before the potential buyers arrived.
