GoogleJeffries and Dibbens Gosport are such a friendly office. They were very helpful in finding us properties and experts in selling too. I would highly recommend using them to put a house on the market. Everything they do is so professional and reassuring, definitely the best.

GoogleI had a slightly unusual HMO to sell. The occupants were individuals and not a group. Ashley handled the whole situation very professionally and made the transaction very smooth. GoogleAmazing team at Dibbens, Gosport. Offer a fixed rate fee, so you know what your paying from the start. Never hassle you like other agents will or would. They keep you up to speed with progress on selling a house and anything else. Always email you when they plan on taking a buyer around. Very helpful team in Gosport responsive and understanding never any pressure from them. Highly recommend and i will use them again.

GoogleWe made an appointment to view a property with an employee during his vwry first week. As first time buyers who have had nothing to do with estate agents before, we arrived at the property and waited a good 15 mins and no body showed. We called to ask if we need to knock or wait and were told no appointment had been made and had we had a confirmation email. We explained that we hadn't and hadn't been told we needed one, to which we were rudely told, it is common knowledge to have a confirmation email. Really quite rude and not understanding at all.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMy property was put up for sale through Dibbens at the end of 2019. They secured a buyer quickly, but the prospective buyer pulled out. Dibbens set up more viewings immediately and within a week I had another offer. This coincided with Covid and all that entails. Even with an accepted offer I thought it would be a long time before it was sold, but thanks to Dibbens the deal got done much quicker than I expected.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

GoogleI booked a viewing with this agency who decided to cancel it via email while I was driving from London to Gosport. I called them when I got there to have someone say it was cancelled. They rescheduled for the weekend and around 5:30pm on the day before the second viewing I received a call saying that it was already rented. Terrible customer service.

GoogleReally great team who put themselves out to help me buy the house I wanted and very supportive througout the sale. Sadly they sold me such a nice house in a great location so I won't be moving otherwise I would definitely use them.
