GoogleWas shown around potential new rental property by Aron. Very courteous chap, called ahead on the day to confirm the viewing, arrived punctually so that I didn't have to wait, answered all of my questions at the time, and assisted with passing my details on the landlord. I am now in the process of agreeing a formal contract at the property. Overall efficient and helpful service from this Estate Agents, and staff to match.

GoogleFirst class service. I have rented out my property with Jeffery Ross for three years now and they have always provided good tenants and payments are on time. Any problem with my property has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Particular praise for Lewis who organised my letting and Rhys in maintenance who researched an unusual repair and delivered a cost effective repair scheme that both I and my tenants were happy with. Fully recommend Jeffery Ross for sales and letting.

GoogleWe were so fortunate to choose Jeffrey Ross. They have provided us with an absolutely brilliant service throughout. Initially through the director, Elliot and subsequently through his supporting staff. It was anything but a straightforward purchase/sale, but Maddie, Sarah and colleagues handled our case meticulously throughout and were reassuring and supportive during the final stressful weeks. GoogleIf you’re a student, please avoid this company and Ryan specifically at all costs. 0 issues in our house such as a damaged back gate (security risk) and a damaged and crumbling ceiling due to a shower leak were sorted in the year we lived there. Most recently they are avoiding our emails regarding the release of our deposits and refusing to even give us any information regarding it. Terrible Experience

GoogleWe have just had to sell a flat via auction which is a completely alien experience for us but Maria Pagonessa at Jeffrey Ross went completely above and beyond anything we could have hoped for helping gather all the information and forms required and explaining what we needed to do. For anything property related Maria is your girl.

GoogleMaddie Parker was brilliant to work with and went the extra mile to keep us updated, guide us through the sales process, reassure us, and chase other parties involved to get us the completion date we needed. I am not sure we would have got the sale through as quickly as we did without her expertise and passion to get the job done!

GoogleEasiest process I've had in terms of renting a new home and always come back to me fairly quickly Very clear throughout and highly recommend Clearly better than a lot of the estate agents in the area

GoogleFirst I would like to say I was a huge fan of this estate seller back in 2021 when I first encountered the estate agent. HOWEVER Maddie Parker you have overstepped the MARK!! Jointly purchased property was put on the market I believe in October 2023 2 months later I received an email the 2nd of it's kind from Maddie Parker insisting we reduce the asking price on the property!! When in fact it is not your decision to suggest!! Clearly as a sales progressor I understand her role is to make necessary suggestions HOWEVER it's been on the market for 2 months and already it's being insisted on us reducing the property price in value due to the market!! Which today Tuesday 20th December there have been suggestions the market interest rate will potentially fall which will make mortgage rates slightly more affordable and may encourage people to afford and make an offer. I felt like the decision around the discussion was taken out of my hands and they were trying to take advantage of the social circumstances surrounding the reason for selling the property. Please I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JEFFERY ROSS FOR THIS REASON!! Too pushy standards have gone down hill the email Maddie wrote the first like stated "The market has been incredibly frustrating" who wants to open an email with a line like this in reference to the background of the market in the selling of their home!! Very unprofessional to be using strong language like this. MARK MY WORDS DO NOT 🚫 GO with them!!!
Good evening Pelumi, I wanted to respond immediately to your review and ask why this couldn't have been escalated to your valuer or branch manager in Llanishen that are currently looking after you. Maddie is a valued member of my team as well as her Sales progressor role she is also a key member of our Vendor contact team. Her update wasn't meant to offend but to highlight just where the market above £300k has been for the last 6-8 months and to highlight that even though December is a slow month, Boxing Day and New years Day are two of the busiest in terms of online activity, Hence the request to discuss the best steps forward. I have read the email that has been sent to you both and fail to understand where your social situation comes into it. I also have to disagree with the language used, as this part of the market has been extremely frustrating for all parties, we have seen property views online reach un-precidented level but not materialise into viewings or offers, so fail to understand how this could be seen as unprofessional? As a family run business we pride ourselves on our reviews and take bad reviews seriously. I'm happy to discuss this further but totally understand if you wish to take your property elsewhere. As you know we have a no tie in contract and should you feel that you are unable to work with us based on the above then I would be happy to let you leave without prior notice.
