GoogleYou should be ashamed of the lack of respect you show towards other people ! Arrogant

Good afternoon Rachel, please can you be kind enough to give us further details as we have recently been a victim of a spam attack where unregistered clients have been leaving reviews that have never dealt with our company. As a family run organisation we take these reviews seriously and have google investigating this on our behalf. If it’s easier to email me direct then please do so. Elliott@jeffreyross.co.uk

GoogleCancelled the viewing 3 times. Not even apologise
Agent replied · 16 June 2024
Good morning Housseunatou, I have tried to locate you in our system to better understand what has happened with your 3 viewings, but sadly can not find you under the name listed on here? Did you book via another name or partner? If it was for a property to let, then sadly as it moves so quickly, once a property is let our systems send our automated texts and emails to cancel viewings. Hopefully I can look into this further for you if you could please provide more detail. Kind regards Elliott

GoogleJust sold our house in Pontcanna through Jeffrey Ross. I must say I was impressed with their service from the initial valuation, through the sales negotiation, and then to completion. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI had been looking for a flat for the past 3 months. Tried many agencies, gumtree, you name it. Gone to tons of viewings, let down by all of them, either because of having to deal with incompetent landlords or agencies. I contacted Jeffrey Ross this week and I'm moving into my flat next Monday. I couldn't be happier, all the girls were lovely, efficient and hard working. The gentleman, Jim, that showed me the flat was very kind as well. Thank you Abbie and Kate, and Jeffrey Ross as a whole. I'll be recommending this agency to everyone looking for one. - Maja

GoogleThanks to the team in Pontcanna for their patience and professionalism throughout what was at certain times a stressful sale. I would to thank in particular Jess and Sharon for the hard work, perseverance and exceptional communication from start to finish (more than once!). Would highly recommend and will be telling all my friends.

GoogleWe had a good experience with JR in the purchase of our property, with timely responses to queries and concerns between the seller, ourselves and the agents. All the staff were very polite and co-operative, which is what you want for the most stressful purchase of your life (or one of)

GoogleI've been renting a flat managed by Jeffrey Ross for 2 years. They were always very supportive, proffesionals and transparent. During these two years JR personnel always helped with every single issue. I usually liaised with Emma Taylor from the Pontcanna office who always was professional and fully supportive. I do recomend this agency if you are looking to rent in Cardiff.

GoogleWe have just completed the check out for our tenants and this was managed by Sophie Burrows. I can’t recommend Sophie highly enough. From start to finish she was an absolute pleasure to speak to and extremely professional at all times. I’m sure this was the same for both myself and the tenants as she very conscientiously managed any concerns from both parties and all resolved positively. I’d always ask for Sophie in the future.

GoogleThe service provided by Jeffrey Ross has been refreshing and liberating Jessica and Sharon were thorough, clear and met every expectation I could have asked for. I felt like I could trust the team to provide the relevant support as required. Jessica ensured I was kept in the loop and provided an excellent feedback through the whole. I highly recommend Jeffrey Ross, very professional and comforting.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of using the services of JeffreyRoss in Pontcanna. We were in need of a relocation from London to Cardiff quite quickly and with limited availability for viewings. The team at JeffreyRoss were extremely helpful in finding suitable properties in the area we liked and ensuring we were able to view all in one day. We luckily found the perfect property and we were looked after right through the process. Thank you JeffreyRoss team!

GoogleWe've been renting with Jeffrey Ross for about 2 years now and our experience has been great. I would especially like to mention Stacey Farleigh as being fantastic. She has always been professional, efficient and incredibly helpful whenever we have any questions or needed anything sorting. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend her and Jeffrey Ross in general.

GoogleAs tenants Jeffrey Ross have been excellent from start to finish. Always friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with any enquiries I've had. At no point have I felt like I'm part of a company's corporate process like the other estate agents we've used in Cardiff; they are real people and a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you JR!

GoogleLied about details of planning on a plot of land, just to try and sell it. Stay well clear!
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Good afternoon, Thank you for your review, As you will appreciate our Llanishen branch is less than 1 year old and to date we have not sold a plot of land, other than the one currently advertised on Fidlas Road, where the full planning history has been provided to every interested purchaser. As a family run business we take our reviews seriously so if you could please elaborate or contact myself directly via info@jeffreyross.co.uk) then this would be appreciated as I feel this is an unjust review of our Llanishen branch. kind regards
